We picked this hotel because we wanted one that is new, modern looking, and clean. And it was excellent!!! There was automated check in but we went to the counter staff and they were fabulous! Excellent staff -- from check in, to daily interactions, and to check out! The room has a good layout, making good use of a small space. We had ample space for ourselves, our suitcases and our shopping! We stayed for 8 nights so we had quite a bit of stuff in the room. The hotel provides clean towels and pyjamas daily. That's wonderful! There are 4 laundry machines which can do washing AND drying with detergent provided in small batches (1kg or 3kg). And we can see from our room which washing machine is available because there's an screen on the hotel TV for it. Very useful and convenient! The neighborhood of offices and local vibes are fabulous. Lots of small eateries for locals. Some had English menus. Those without English menus were still very obliging and we got by ordering by pointing at pictures and using Google Translate. Overall, we felt that eateries in Ningyocho area offered better value than in tourist areas like Shibuya, Asakusa, etc. Cos many of these local restaurants are locally owned, serving the office workers and families (there's an elementary school behind the hotel). We also see Japanese domestic tourists. Lastly, this hotel is in a great location. Nearest is Ningyocho station, but you can easily walk to 2 other stations nearby. So we were able to get to many different places, even to the outskirts of Tokyo from this hotel. BTW sidewalks here are fabulous for walking. So we walked from the hotel to Ginza (only about 30mins; Tsujiki would be about 49 mins walk) through the Nihonbashi area. Along the walk to Ginza, we checked out the shopping at Takashimaya, Meidiya, Mont Bell (Japanese camping gear).

- Very clean - Requires room to be clean at least every 3 nights of stay - New pyjamas and towels provided daily - Requires room card to access different floors - Adequate information/instruction provided to use the amenities both inside the room and facilities within the hotel - Friendly staffs - I have enough floor space to lay out my medium-sized luggage and still walk around easily - Location relatively close to Ningyocho subway station - 7-Eleven right opposite the hotel, Family Mart and Lawson along the way to the Ningyocho subway station

The breakfast buffet is amazing! It’s worth staying here just for that. Each dish was delicious and there are lots of options. It’s the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The ambiance is lovely. The room itself was good.

The location isn’t in the most happening part of town but it’s easy to get around. The reception staff could have been friendlier and a more helpful. Several times, it felt like being a guest was very inconvenient to them and we shouldn’t be there.

For the price, this was a great value in Tokyo. It was within walking distance of multiple mainline stations, and you can get direct from Haneda to the airport. The room was decent compared to other hotels I had in the rest of Japan. There was coffee you can make with the hot water kettle in the room. Bathroom facilities were fine and had no issues there. It was silent outside, and compared to the hotel I stayed at in Tokyo my last night, it was night and day quiet. It was calm and peaceful at night. Some may want a more exciting area, but I found this to be a good place to base my time out of Tokyo. I only chose to use another hotel at the end of my trip as this hotel was previously sold out for the night before my departure.

The pillow and bed were hard for my preference. I asked the front desk for an extra pillow, but they did not have any extra to offer.

Location was good - near train station & convenience store Staff were very helpful plus friendly. One female had very good English which was great. The combined washer dryers were great and worked well. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. The room was pretty compact but the bathroom was a great size overall and we loved the very luxury toilet with every option known to man. Included a privacy setting, which when the toilet is only a wall away from someone else’s bed is a blessing 😂

Didn’t enjoy the breakfast so only had it once but it wasn’t expensive and staff were good. The bath tub was small and deep but, for westerners like ourselves who enjoy showers, we drowned the floor every day trying to have a shower. It was a little awkward.

I enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. The structure and in particular the room were spotless. The staff spoke English and was very friendly and helpful! They were so kind to provide even umbrellas during a rainy day. You will find complementary toiletries at the reception and in the room pyjamas and slippers. There is also a laundry room and vending machine, you can check the availability of the washing machine/drier on the room tv, so you don't need to go downstairs all the time. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with numerous places to eat around as convenience stores. The Metro station few steps away, I definitely recommend it as the base to reach any point of the city. Worth to mention, the room is bigger than the standard Japanese hotel room.

Everything was perfect,

Extremely good breakfast is served with a touch of Japanese style: miso soup, fried fish, rice with different toppings, scrambled eggs. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet Nihonbashi district, not far away from the Tokyo Central station, it is about 5 minutes away from the nearest metro station.

It would be great to have more space for personal belongings in the room, like a small wardrobe or additional shelves or racks.

Very clean hotel room, really quiet, English speaking reception, overall it was excellent! Room size is in-line with Japanese expectations. Will definitely recommend and stay here again 🙂

A little more expensive than other hotels but is worth it. Note that you will often need to catch a connecting train to/from Ningyocho station but a non-issue given the quality of hotel.

It was super close to several convenience stores with a 7 eleven directly across from it. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean. The laundry could be viewed from the television so that it was easy to see when the laundry was free to use and how long left it had to go. The hotel was also close to several train station entrances that were within walking distance. It was also easy to book a taxi from the front desk as we needed it to get to the station at 5 am.

The bathroom was a little small and the room could barely fit two open suitcases with hardly any walking room.

LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! less than 5 min walk to subway station, and the subway line can easily go to Akihabara or Asakusa or swift transfer to other tourist spots. The area is quiet and looks like a business area. However, you can still find great food around, and 7-11 is just right across the street. The hotel itself is very very clean and cozy, and front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. All my questions were nicely answered. When I booked the hotel, I was kind of suspicious if the hotel would be just a so-so business hotel given to its moderate price. But after staying for 4 nights, I would really really love to recommend this hotel!

nothing.
