Very convenient and close by to many areas. Walkable to Tokyo station, Ginza, and the fish market. Situated very close to the train station if you come from Haneda Airport. It’s like 1 min walk (but you need to look for the correct exit). Room is exceptionally clean, beds are very comfortable.

Rooms are tight. If you have more than 1 large suitcase, you will have an issue opening. Also, during mid season where it’s neither hot nor cold, you won’t have an option to select heat or cool. To change modes, you will need to ask the receptionist to do it for you.

The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, and there were lots of plugs to charge all of my devices. The staff was very friendly and most spoke a few basic words of English, which was enough for the basic correspondence you would have with them. They gave me a free umbrella one day when it was raining and I asked where I could buy one, which was nice. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Takaracho Stn and a 10 minute walk from a Ginza line station, so it's easy to get to most places in Tokyo.

I wish there was a bit more room to tuck your suitcase away somewhere in the room. In some other APA hotels I stayed at, you could slide your suitcase under the bed, but not at this one. You could put it under or on the desk, but then the chair is awkwardly out. The hair dryer wasn't the greatest -- weak air on the highest setting. Also if you are a bigger person, you might find that the bed, while soft and comfortable, tends to start dipping in the middle after a few nights.

Facility was clean. Location was good in the sense that it was accessible to at least 3 different train lines that are walkable distance. Location was quiet though, with little supper or food option at the doorstep, with walking 5 - 10 minutes towards tokyo station to find food, but for those who enjoy a quiet environment it would be perfect. Room was a good size for what you paid for considering many hotel rooms in Japan are small, the rooms here are bigger than the APA hotel I have stayed at before in Ginza.

Generally, the stay was good. The only problem was no food options nearby.

The staff is super nice. I did a kind of complex booking due to the number of people, rooms and checkin time, and they were super happy to help. They also allowed us to keep the suitcases in the lobby after the checkout for an entire day. We had to book a smoking room even though we are not smokers but the smell wasn’t that bad, so 5stars for the cleaning. They have a very eco-friendly cleaning system, which is good since it is not necessary to change the sheets everyday. they also ask during the check in what time do you prefer for the cleaning. The price is good considering the location (12-15min walking to Tokyo station and Yurakucho station, several konbini next to the hotel). The bed is super comfy.

It was perfect. My only “complain” is that (as amenities) they gave us everyday a new toothbrush and hair brush. There is no need in my opinion. I tried to reuse them but they threw away them one of the days. I guess it’s their cleaning policy but it should be an option to decide that.

Location, price, and staff were amazing! It was a smooth check in / check out process. Very clean room. Housekeeping came by every day to give new towel and toiletries. Would stay here again :)

My only complaint would be the room size. For two people the double room wasn't enough space. However, we had large luggages and I know that these rooms are standard for Japan so it wasn't something that was a deal breaker. Just something that I had to get used to as an American.

The room has the usual high standards of APA hotels. I read previous comments critical of pillows, saying they are not comfortable. I found three pillows in the room, each with different characteristics, so I could choose the one I preferred. Both the pillow and the mattress were comfortable. The room provides slippers, yukata (sleeping clothes), shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, hand soap, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, hairdryer and other amenities.

Although, a bit of walk from Tokyo station (, the location is fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good with variations, comparing from other hotels that we've stayed in.

Eventhough we stayed in a Double Room, of course it won't be a big room (in Tokyo standards). We had to find a way for 2 big luggages to fit in the room.

The hotel is located near the main streets of Ginza, walkable distance from Tokyo station and other local train stations. The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly

The water pressure in the shower is too strong. It is not comfortable to take a shower with such pressure and it also makes a mess in the bathroom. The room was smaller than it looks in the pictures.

Location of hotel was near to the Tokyo Station, and the train station that takes me directly to the airport.

Breakfast was average. Not many options for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel cannot assume everyone eats meat.

Good location, close to 2 metro station and at walking of the Tokyo Station (15min). Althought the staff has some difficulty with English they are friendly and helpfull.

Rooms get to warm during summer and the air conditioner will be off as long as you are out. Be sure to keep food or importante medication inside the room's fridge.
