Beautiful rooms, almost new. Lots of space, unlike other hotels in Japan. Location was excellent, close to everything and a step away from Senso-ji temple

Our view was a little underwelming, we faced the wall of building across the street which wasnt bad but we expected some sort of view since its called asakusa view. We were on a high flor too, but view a little underwelming. Cant falta anything else though, hotel was excellent and so was the service.

Location is so perfect, close to everything! Trains, cafes, shops, and restaurants at your door. Beautiful room and the biggest room we stayed in from our trip. Great comfortable place to come back and relax.

Not a dealbreaker at all but the staff weren’t very personable and though they did their job with checking in, I found the self check out thing to be completely time wasting. So many guests will not know how to operate such machines and so there was a staff member standing there telling us how to do everything. In the time it took her to show us, we could have been easily checked out at the desk quicker and faster. And gives you the opportunity to have proper interaction with their staff. It’s obviously not a huge negative as we loved everything about the room and the hotel but the lack of interaction with staff was off putting for us after experiencing great service from other hotels.

The location was great. Minutes to local attractions, shopping and night life. It’s only one subway line (G) to major tourist districts in Tokyo. There is a bus that goes from Haneda airport to the Akusaku Hotel across the street from this one, definitely a plus. Last but not least, breakfast there is top notch.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff, all the facilities you'll need, and easy travel from the airport and as a base to explore. The rooms are a good size, with great facilities, and immaculately clean. The hotel is close to the magnificent Senso-Ji Temple, its garden and market, and the Hanayashiki Amusement Park. Plus a short walk over to the Tokyo Skytree, and a variety of great places to eat, drink, and hang out. The location is a quieter spot, so has the perfect balance to gently settle into the Tokyo vibe. The hotel also has a complimentary drink and snack service on the top floor, which is a lovely bonus and a great spot to chill and unwind at the end of the day. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the city, especially for the first time. Real value for money too!

My only complaint is that I found the beds and pillows incredibly firm, much more so than any of the other half-dozen hotels we stayed at while in Japan, which made sleeping a little tough at first.

Spacious rooms, large bathroom, separate wardrobe/suitcase area. Clean and new hotel. Coin laundry facilities. Extremely comfortable and spacious (amazing for tokyo) and our 2yo loved the space as it meant more room to play

Hotel check in is strictly at 3pm even if your room is ready. Saw people sleeping in the lobby as they weren’t allowed to check-in. I find that bizarre and not common. They should look to fix that policy. Location is far from the main area of Shibuya/Shinjuku (50mins). However, the area itself has plenty of things to do and eat.

walking distance to Sensoji with lots of restaurants, cafe, and shopping nearby (uniqlo, 24hrs don quijote). the hotel room was good sized, very nicely designed and the beds are comfortable. there's a lounge area on the top level with views that serves free afternoon tea. there was also a taiko drum performance during our stay and it's free for hotel guests, we really enjoyed that.

the distance to Asakusa station is quite a long walk, which is something that we didn't expect.

The Hotel is pretty new and has a very nice decor and amenities. The Bonus access to the Lounge on floor 10 to guests is great. The Views around the area are quite good. Also there are many shops at the Foot of the Hotel with Several Supermarkets and many restaurants around. It is a historic area so there are many traditional shops that offer many different types of Souvenirs. THANKS Mr Ikeda for the Nice service and communication.

We loved the room. The layout of the bathroom is amazing. Having the toilet separate, as well as the tub separate and sink separate, enabled each of us to use parts of the bathroom when others were using another part. After having this set up, usual bathroom configurations just aren’t as convenient. We loved the top floor premium lounge! The view, the drinks, the snacks, the service. It really elevated the experience. We wished we could have accessed the coffee/tea machine in the morning. Loved how the machine made matcha lattes.

Everything was great! Only wish we could have used the coffee/tea machine in the morning.

Since this is a newly open hotel, all the facility remained new and well maintained. Given the cleanliness standard in Japan, you can surely comfortably stay there. We have been staying in this particular area at Asakusa because of its convenience and vibe, so this hotel shares the convenience of location with all other hotels in the same area. However, it's run by Asakusa View Hotel, I suppose the standard is much higher. And I love the fact that they made an effort to celebrate the Asakusa culture, from the decoration inside the hotel to the complimentary service at the lounge. This makes it not just another hotel at Asakusa, but a signature hotel for Asakusa.

It would have been better if the sound proof were better. I could hear people talking in the corridor.

Room was large for Japanese standards. Very clean, lots of amenities. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast room was great, but thought it was lacking enough North American type foods since what I observed was a large contingent of North American guests. Fairly expensive as well at $3,000 yen. Did one morning in the hotel then following mornings went down the street to McDonalds for egg Mcmuffin, hashbrown and coffee for $450 yen.
