Location - 5 minutes walk from Tokyo station from Haneda airport and exit by Yaesu Central Exit. You can take JR line from Tokyo station to almost everywhere in Tokyo city. Platform # 5. 2 minutes walk from Kyobashi station from Ginza subway line. Almost everywhere in Tokyo city. 15 mins walk to Ginza area. Room - big size as I booked a twin bed room with a little sitting area for drink and snack and working on computer. Breakfast - Excelsior Cafe downstairs where you can have light breakfast and coffee in the monrin.g. Convenient stores - two 7-Elevens near by.

The location is superb. From Tokyo Station, look for Exit 24. Take the left flight of steps, and turn right at top of steps, hotel is just 100-150m ahead. The underground shopping centre is so convenient for shopping and have many yummy restaurants! The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. I booked the 24 metre square room and there is plenty of space for luggage and walking around. Room is v clean and they clean it well very day with fresh amenities. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They checked us in earlier, and assisted us with restaurant bookings. They could be more flexible eg not needing us to fill up forms each time or need to be there in person while they make the calls etc, but that could be a language issue, not that they are trying to be difficult. All in all, a very good hotel and bunch of people.

The lobby can be friendlier by having sufficient snacks and drinks throughout the day. There’s supposed to be free drinks and snacks (biscuits and chocs) from 3-10pm, but these are usually gone by 5-6pm and the hotel don’t replenish. It would be nice of them to do so to encourage people to mingle and hang around the lobby, to add energy into the hotel.

The location wasn't far from tokyo station you can walk pass through the tokyo midtown tower underground. Kyobashi station (Ginza Line) is located near to the hotel, just one stop away from ginza station. I stayed in Moderate Queen Room Non-Smoking the room was quite spacious compare to the average room in tokyo and there is a drink vendor and ice machine on the floor i stayed.

Should be better if the hotel can do the checkin in advance since i arrived and stored the baggage. I arrived at the hotel 1pm but can't checkin until 3pm which is understandabIe. came back at the hotel arround 7pm and need to the the checkin process which is a bit uncomfortable after travelling around. The bed was a bit small and one of the pillow was a bit too hard. The hot water in the bathroom isn't consistency hot.

A good hotel with all one needs when traveling. Top qualities are: 1) Location - very accessible, not too far a walk from Tokyo station, near shopping centers, walking distance from Ginza; 2) Breakfast - great combination of western and Japanese, and delicious.

TV stations - limiting to Japanese language except 1-2 english speaking news channels. No access to streaming channels (e.g., NETFLIX) so at night, before going to bed, you need to opt to your mobile phones or books.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The location is great: so near to Tokyo Station and within walking distance to Ginza, yet quiet and serene. The nearby Yaesu underground street offers a lot of interesting shopping and dining options. Rooms are clean and staff are generally courteous and helpful.

The hotel is getting expensive compared to what it was. I really hope it won’t be out of my budget in the near future.

It's our 4th stay at Mitsui Garden Kyobashi. The position is super convenient, just 10 minutes walk from Tokyo station and 5 minutes from the Kyobashi métro station. The rooms are confortable, well appointed and the staff goes out of its way to avvommodate customers. We could leave some of our luggage behind while we went away for a few days and on the way back it was already in our room. We love that there is a laundry room, you dont even need to buy détergent. We love this hotel when we stay in tokyo!

Everything was perfect

Location was fantastic, near Kyobashi Station and Tokyo JR/Shinkansen lines. Hotel can also be accessed via Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall (exit 24) if you need to be sheltered. Room was clean and the staff diligently gave me 2 cans of water everyday when I requested for water daily.

One of the employee could have been more helpful. I arrived early and my room is not yet ready. I was allowed to leave my luggage there but when I asked for the wifi password, the gentleman at the counter said I will only know after I check in. I thought he was not very helpful since I am supposed to be there for a 5N stay and I am sure the wifi access would not cost the hotel any loss? Small matter but could have been more helpful. There is no working table and the room is quite dim so take that into consideration if you need to work or take a video call from your hotel room.

A lot to like about the property. We liked that it’s along a quite area and the most convenient to take the trains. We had our luggages sent to our hotel to Osaka and the front desk staff facilitated it with ease. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Tokyo.

Need more shelves to pit stuff in the bathroom. And the wifi was slow at times.

Location. Room

When booking and later in reply to their email I said we’d hope to check in between 9 and 10 am. They didn’t respond to this but when we arrived at 9.30 said we couldn’t check in till 3pm. After some negotiation they allowed us to check in at 11am but with a charge of 6000yen - which we agreed as we just wanted to get into the room quickly. They should have mentioned this in response to my request.

Room was very well soundproofed, clean and tidy and quite roomy by Japanese business hotel standards. Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to Tokyo station. Free toiletries and water were greatly appreciated. We had very little interaction with staff but they were courteous and spoke basic English which was awesome after a long trip. We would 100% reccomend Mitsui Garden Kyobashi and will definitely stay again next time we are in Tokyo.
