The location, next to JR Tokyo Station, is superb for planning your trip and traveling around Tokyo. Additionally, the hotel provides luggage deposit prior to check-in, which is excellent.

The hotel is rather small for two people, and the only available option is a double bed, which may not be the best choice for a couple staying together. Another downside is that the hotel doesn't provide shower caps, which can be frustrating for the ladies.

Yaesu area undergoing major renovations and upgrading. The subway exit 22 to the hotel was upgraded but if carrying suitcase would be an issue as there are no escalators or elevators. Competent hotel was trying a different neighborhood and near Tokyo station

The location is super convenient very close to Tokyo main station. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It was good value for money in Tokyo

We accidentally behind a small item in the room. We called the hotel and they said they had found it, but they refused to ship it to us even though we would happily have paid shipping. Very infuriating

The hotel is very close to the JR Tokyo Station, and also other main subway lines. There are several good restaurants around — some hard to find are amazing. The staff is very kind, the hotel super clean. It's a simple hotel, but with a good service and breakfast. The room is very silent, even if close to main roads. Tokyo's hotels are expensive, so, considering this, it's worth the value.

The hotel says breakfast goes until 9:30 am, even on Sundays — what's already pretty early. But actually, at 9:00 am doors are closed and sweetly but determined guests are asked to move out. Why? Nothing, absolutely nothing, happen in that space after that.

The hotel is very close to Tokyo Station where you can get the Shinkansen to other Japanese cities. Tokyo Station's underground galleries take you almost to the hotel door, using exit 22. This was important for us: we stayed during the Winter and arrived during snowfall! There's a 24/7 convenience store (Family Mart) just a block away and you can find street restaurants nearby, although we liked the station's restaurants best. During our stay breakfast wasn't included. The room was warm, clean, well maintained/new, and we had comfortable nights.

The entrance to the hotel was confusing to find, but we've found other hotels in Japan that do this: at the ground level there's just a small elevator hall, and you need to go up a couple of floors to find the actual lobby to check-in/out. Don't worry about security as the elevator ALWAYS stops on the lobby floor before proceeding to other floors. We were also unlucky to have a room with a window facing a small wall on the opposite building, but we weren't staying in the room for the view, anyway, so this wasn't terrible.

A great find for Tokyo. 5 min walk from Tokyo station, amazing price and exceptional staff. We booked this hotel for convenience on our last night in Japan and it turned out to be a great pick. Not meant to be luxurious or super comfortable, it turned out to still be comfortable and really practical for us on our last day. We shipped our luggage along the way during our trip to the hotel (via Yamato) and they kept them all until we arrived. They accommodated a last minute request for change (due to a mistake I made during booking) and they allowed us to have late checkouts for our rooms. It is also the only hotel in Japan who was able to give us rooms (3 of them) next to each other. Overall, a probably as comfortable accommodation as our first hotel in Tokyo (in Shinjuku) for half the price!

Nothing. Assuming you want something plain and less expensive, this is a great option.

Perfect location near Tokyo station. Hotel is in the financial district, so nothing in the evening but daytime shopping is good, Few bars and restaurants nearby

Hotel staff was really polite but not helpful at all. They declined to help with restaurant and sightseeing reservations. Our problem was japanese language as we don't speak it. Normally hotel concierge service helps you to find local restaurant and sightseeings but not in this hotel. Breakfast system was really odd. There was plenty of available seats but we could not buy the breakfast. Nearby we found really good breakfast restaurants.

After a long 11hour flight, I stayed the hotel on my first arrival day before heading towards Hakone. The place is located within 5 min walking, around 2 blocks away from Tokyo station Yaesu exit and it can be easily to be found, particularly with the staff waiting at the street corner. The reception staff were very helpful during the check in, patiently helped us arranging luggage delivery service to purchase next hotel at 6am that she had to make many calls due to out of hours. The room was super clean, size is enough for two people at this reasonably price. Overall the hotel is great and would stay again!
