The room was very spacious and all three of us had our own beds. This is pretty rare for Japan in my honest opinion, and it made sleeping a lot easier since we didn't have to decide who was stuck with who. If you are someone who needs a decent amount of space to yourself when in a group, this hotel does it best. The beds as can be seen are Westerns style and they were very comfy. The staff were very helpful and patient. I mainly spoke in Japanese with them (to make it as easy as possible for them), so communication was very smooth but they can also do English if anyone was wondering. They do their best and it shows. I had lost my socks during laundry and they took the time to find it and contacted me when they did (even after I had left the hotel to move to a different location in Japan).

I really like this hotel, it was in an excellent location next to three subway lines so it was easy to travel between all the major areas in Tokyo. It's away from the major areas such as shinjuku and shibuya and I felt like I was in a more family area, which was a nice change of pace after longs days surrounded by people, but close enough I still felt that the more touristy areas were easily accessible by subway. There is a little local supermarket about 1 minute from the hotel which I really recommend over the convenience shops, they had better choices of food and much cheaper than the 7/11 which is also not far from the hotel. The hotel has a retro feel to it, other reviewers have said this is a negative but I find it charming, its clean, comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

There is a school near by so you can hear the ringing of the bell on weekdays, but it didn't annoy me, and would be the only downvote I can say about this hotel.

Location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful! Towels were replaced each day and a daily bottle of water was provided; there were also lots of amenities available at reception too. I think I received a free room upgrade as the room was a lot better and bigger than expected based off the photos. I also did washing while I was there and the staff assisted me with working the machine and dryer. The room was great value!

Visually, the decor is a bit dated, although everything was clean and functional! The bed was slightly too firm for my personal preference, but everything else was great and I am happy my stay.

The room was very spacious with 3 double beds and plenty of room for our luggage. Check in was quick and easy, the owner was very helpful with any queries during our stay. It was close to 2 stations on different lines so very easy to get about. A quiet location which suited us with close convenience stores.

Bathroom was compact but we expected this. A few minor repairs needed to be made but didn't affect our stay.

It has all the basic things you need for a place to stay and rest. Free wifi tv ac fridge comfy bed private bathroom. Staff was friendly. Theres 2 train stations close by. And along the way plenty of food options. 7eleven was around the corner

Nothing to complain about. Only thing that might not be liked by other people is front desk is not 24hours but to me that didnt affect me much

Has pretty much everything you need though the mattress is a bit old. Limousine bus from and to Narita Airport is available within a five minute walk. Close to subway and various convenience stores and supermarkets. With its price, a hidden gem I would say.

Very good location close to TCAT and several stations in walking distance. Room was tidy and big enough for four of us, and everything you need can be found on the counter on 2nd floor. My children enjoyed the rental manga!

It's located next to a primary school. The very frequent school chimes got on my nerves a bit.

Friendly staff, we got new towels and bottled water every day of our stay. There are free amenities like toothbrushes available on the second floor. The location is quiet and still close enough to the subway. Personally, I really like the old-school western hotel style of the rooms, feels very cozy.

The bathroom vent barely worked, so the bathroom still felt moist long after a shower.

Everything was amazing from check in to finish; the staff was super friendly and professional. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. Bathrooms was clean, and they do offer extra things in the lobby such as: extra shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, etc. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, as the view was great, and in a great location; a short walk to the train station, lots of Izakaya nearby, and a neighbor that was very clean.

very convenient location being close walking distance to TCAT (coach from Narita) and 3 different subway lines. we had a top floor room, really quite spacious and plenty of room for luggage and relaxing.

maybe getting a little dated but still fully functional and perfect for a short (we had 3 nights) stay
