Lovely peaceful hotel with clean rooms and lots of shared bathrooms facilities on each floor (never had to wait to use one). The breakfast options (additional cost) were delicious and beautifully presented each day. Staff were always so helpful and ready to assist with any queries. Amenities were provided in the room and also in the common washroom if you wanted more of any (e.g. toothbrush, amenity kit). Great views over the river and back towards the Tokyo Skytree. It's about a 10-15min walk to the nearest subway station.

3 of us stayed in the 4 person bunk room with river view. The room is reasonably spacious and has a sink. The shared toilets and showers were always very clean and we never had to wait for them. High quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner all provided. Nice river views. Pleasant staff.

The restaurant downstairs was pretty expensive. 12-15 min walk from any subway station. Would’ve liked curtains on the bunks, which some other rooms seem to have. No USB charging points.

It was better than I expected. Highly recommended. The room was the same as on the pictures. NICE view during the day and night. Really mesmerizing to see the boats and ships passing by (also watching the city from bathtub). Clean room, the beds were hard but we really liked it. You can reach metro stations in about 10 mins of walk. Or you can walk by the river to Asakusa in 25-30 mins. Skytree 40 mins by walk. Breakfast is just enough and really tasty, you can choose from 3 options. Coffee is tasty too.

Maybe bigger mugs would be great.

The hotel rooms were gigantic in relation to the other hotels I've stayed in, in Japan. The facilities were high quality. Though the rooms were set up well, though also no-nonsense and there were no frills once they covered the basics. The food and coffee at the in-house restaurant were great. The view from the bath/shower to the river was wonderful and a great bonus. The airport bus station is reasonably nearby, and has some shops etc.

I wish that there were more to see/do in the hotel area. It is relatively off the beaten track - but at the price, you can't find better and might appeal to families and others wanting a more relaxed vibe. There are some more interesting wine shops and restaurants on the other side of the airport bus station to the hotel.

We love the room layout. Beds are comfortable. There is also a window in the room so if you would like to have ventilation. There is also good air-conditioning. Communal shower rooms are topped up regularly. There is also a free drink voucher voucher per person that can be redeemed from their restaurant. There are vendors machines in the hotel so if you need a quick hydration fix. There is also a nearby 7 Eleven and an approximately 15 minutes walk train station. Staff are polite, helpful and excellent. There is also a ramped entrance which is helpful if you have luggages. There are safe and slippers provided in the room.

The toilet and shower room area on our floor stunk considerably like a sewage / drainage type of scent. Did not infiltrate the rooms however. Communal powder room can only accommodate 4 people at a time. The fridge and microwave (mini kitchenette area) and laundry area is incorporated all in one space so scent of food might attach to your clothes and freshly washed hair. Lifts shut so quick, that we get hit by the doors several times. Wall partitions are thin, so can hear neighbouring guests. Luckily our room is at the far end, so we only have one neighbour.

We stay at this hotel for trip in Tokyo, not change to other hotel. Once we stay in the room beside the river we like that room very much. once we change to beside the road room. we don't get the shoes in the room and that is not have wash basin in the room too! the last 2 night was expensive if we compared with facility we got ka. How ever overall we love your hotel and staff. We will be back again if we have a change. Thank you

The price when i change the room is so expensive compared with facility we got. Location a bit far from public transportation. That's it.

The room was cleaned up to standards. However, the shared bathrooms smelled malodorous sometimes. We stayed in the 4 person bunk bedroom. The view of the Sumida river from our room and outside was amazing. I enjoyed the free amenities (razors, brushes, etc) in the shared bathroom area. Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel itself was pretty quiet, good for sleeping.

The location of the hotel is a bit far away (at least 15 min walk) from restaurants and train stations. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

My two nights stay experience at The Share Hotel Lyuro Tokyo Kiyosumi was excellent. The room, showers and bathrooms facility are well kept and clean. The property is located in a less busy Tokyo neighborhood. There is lesser eatery and big shops options but the view to the Sumida River and Skytree more than make up for it. The staffs I encountered were all very courteous and friendly.

There were not much negatives that I can think of. In my opinion, the ladder steps for the top bunk bed are quite slippery. Property management can perhaps look in at implementing some rubber griping material on the ladder to ensure better foot traction for guests. For some reason, Google Map suggested the best way to get to property by Tokyo Metro is by getting off at Suitengumae Station (水天宮前駅) and then walk 1KM. I discovered that the best and shorter way is to actually get off at Kiyosumi-Shirkawa Station (清澄白河駅) and just walk 700M instead. If one get off at Suitengumae Station (水天宮前駅) , you will also have to climb a few flight of stairs at the Hakozai junction ((箱崎ジャンクション) to cross a bridge.

I had a great stay at the hotel! I was supposed to stay a week in the shared room but upgraded to a private room. The staff was very helpful and kind enough to arrange a room on the 1st floor. This room was amazing. I loved the big window in the bathroom, it was such a nice view! It was clean clean and I felt very comforatble. I stayed two nights in the shared room. The area was always very clean and there was fridge and tags so you can put your name on your food. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel!

I wish the shared ‘social’ area was bigger. With so many people sleeping in the room it was very small. You could also sit at the tables/chairs in the hallway connected to the entrance and reception, which was okay for having a call, but I really missed a space to properly sit and relax among other people. It would probably suit people who have a short stay.

Room was clean and comfortable for the four of us, and the best will be the amazing night view of Sumida river from the room. You can even catch a glimpse of the Tokyo Skytree. Truly enjoyed our stay!

The only slight inconvenience will be accessing this hotel if you are taking train. Not exactly near to any of the train stations, will involve some walking. I took the subway to Kiyosumi-shirakawa station and walked about 15 minutes. Other than this minor inconvenience, this hotel is great!
