Location is great and safe. 3 metro stations nearby make it easy to reach everywhere in reasonable time. E.g. Ginza, Tokyo station and Tsujiki are around 15 mins, Ueno and Asakusa are within 20 mins and Shinjuku & Shibuya is around 30 mins. Convenient stores, restaurants and drug stores are in walking distance. The hotel provides amenities and facilities we may need when traveling, which is super sweet. Services are great, the front desk is very helpful with the guest's requirements. Room is not spacious but equipped with everything.

The bed is cozy but the pillows could be better.

Very convenient location (quick access to several nearby subway stations and 20 minute walk from Tokyo Station) as well as being close enough to walk to several sites such as the Imperial Palace. Staff was very friendly and there was an excellent range of amenities that one could access for free (hair masks, toothbrushes, curling iron, tea, etc). Room was small (not surprising for Tokyo), but very tidy and with everything you would need (kettle, fridge, desk, bed). Price was also very reasonable for the quality!

Bed was not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t bad.

Hotel is conveniently located nearby two Tokyo metro stations (exit 6 of Suitengumae station or exit A6 of Ningyocho station which has an elevator). Many eateries and convenience stores are also in the area. Rooms are modest and small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast offers a selection of Western or Japanese prepared plates along with small buffet area for coffee, juice, yogurt, breads, small pastries, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location - 3 metro lines within 5 min walking distance. Lotsa restaurants / bars at reasonable prices - spoilt for choices! Just pick any one and you won't be disappointed. Away from the hustle and bustle of the popular tourist areas, more like your average Japanese neighbourhood. Hotel has coin laundry, small cafe with free hot water, tea, coffee, microwave. Good price for a great location. Will stay at this hotel again.

No view from the rooms and the rooms are a tad small (but I had two suitcases and could have them both open at the same time).

Very nice room and safe atmosphere. All employees were very polite and helpful. Was close enough to stores like familymart so I could get anything I needed fast. Great bathrooms, I appreciated being able to bathe late at night as I attended in the summer and it was quite hot outside. All of the grooming products they had, were labeled in English so it made it easy to use them and feel safe. I one time forgot the cardkey to my room and the employee at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Sometimes where I am from the employees may be rude or look frustrated so it was a nice change. Was also only a few minutes away from a bunch of stations / underground facilities so when I was traveling to Yokohama or back to the airport it was only a short walk.

I think I saw 1 roach or maybe another insect I do not know, in the hallway but it was summer and it is a big building so I don't think it was a real problem. It also felt a little uncomfortable with their being a net in the middle of the building between floors. I hope there is not a major issue in this area.

Hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk to the subway, depending on which line you are using. Has a common lounge on the 1st floor, where we could heat and eat our kombini food. They also have a currency exchange machine in the lobby, so we’re able to exchange our PHP to JPY whenever convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well.

Needs to periodically check the air purifiers in the room. Ours seems to have the mesh filter already broken and needs to be replaced.

The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

The room smelled like cigarettes.

The property was at a great location near multiple subway lines and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. It helped that many of them understood English for foreign guests.

The rooms truly are small making it difficult sometimes to even walk around with two people occupying it. We used the paid laundry machines and noticed the dryer is a little weak so our clothes would usually be a little wet still.

The hotel is in a great location, you have the hanzomon line near, also the toei line and the hibiya line, there are a lot of restaurants near the area and several conveniences stores. The staff was SUPER friendly and they helped me send my luggage to Osaka. I really loved this place and the neighborhood was really good and quiet, a nice contrast to the rest of the city.

The rooms were small but that’s pretty standard in Japan. Also, the mini fridge didn’t really cool things down

The location is very good. It is close to the Hanzomon and Hibiya subway lines, only a few minutes walk away. Also, there are many eateries in the surrounding area such as Macdonalds and Yoshinoya. There are several konbinis too like 7-11 and Family Mart.

A lack of furniture in the room such as shelves to put away things. The room only has a TV console/desk and a stool and 2 chairs.
