It’s a no frills hotel but the room was comfortable, clean and had pretty much all you need, and was more spacious than I’d expected for the price. Location is good (though I kept losing the hotel). You can walk to Tokyo Station in about 20 min, and there are great food places quite nearby. Breakfast was fine, with a good range of food on offer.

The breakfast area was pretty cramped - a smallish space (probably unavoidable) for such a busy hotel, so it was hard to relax and enjoy the breakfast. Although you can pick up tea, coffee etc from a particular place, it would have been nice to have those in the room on arrival.

Centralized location with easy access to transport. Top notch and healthy free breakfast with fast speed wifi. Staff were very friendly and polite. Coin laundry on site, however quite the small machines that gets stuffed full with 5 pieces of thicker clothing (such as hoodies or sweat pants). Laundry detergent available for purchase right next to the laundry machines. 200Y per wash, 30Y per packet of detergent, and 100Y per half hour of drying that can be extended by tossing in additional 100Y coins.

The beds were exceptionally hard. They were similar to the hardness of box springs in North America. Harder than the hardest mattress we've seen in North America, we actually went mattress shopping right before heading to Japan so it was easy to compare. The hotel was only willing to provide an extra single layer wool throw, stating they do not provide more than one fluffy blanket per room. We ended up using towels to help pad the mattress and still woke up with back pain each morning.

It was a lovely hotel, the staff were super friendly and polite. The included breakfast was delicious, the location was great (only a 5-10minute walk to a subway station and close to lots of konbinis/stores), and the room was clean and functional.

There's only 1 elevator which can get very busy around breakfast time, and sometimes can take a few times of it going past for you to be able to fit inside. On a lower floor (1-3) I would say it's better to take the stairs, but 4+ you need the elevator and as we were on the 7th floor, it could sometimes be frustrating waiting so long!

Very convenient for subway and Tokyo station and walkable to skytree. About 25 mins by subway to most key attractions. Good amenities and smoking rooms available. You can heat up your own food and there’s a kettle in your room and fridge. Good if you’re on a budget and using convenient store pick ups! Landry room and free bed wear if required. Worth the money

Breakfast could have been better but it wasn’t awful and it’s included in the cost of your stay.

Very good location, only a few minutes’ walk from Ningyocho station. There are also plenty of konbini/convenience stores in the surrounding area (Lawson, Family Mart, 7/11). The room was clean. Breakfast was also good, considering that this is a budget hotel. On a personal note, we would also like to thank the staff. We made a last minute change to our booking due to an emergency, which they approved as soon as possible. They also refunded us immediately. Very courteous, very good attitude.

Staff was very friendly! They kept our bags before check-in and after check-out, which was great! They provided all the amenities we needed. Clean towels and new garbage bags were provided every day; room cleaning performed after the 4th night. Nice and quiet location (5-10 min walking to metro stations and 15-25 min walking to train stations).

The breakfast. Although it had many options always available (scrambled eggs, sausages, burgers, meatballs, salads, rice, soups, coffee, tea) and the staff was very helpful/efficient, it could be better prepared for foreigners (no juices, milk, pastries, fruits, toasts, jam, cereals, yogurts, hot chocolate...).

The location was convenient for transiting around Tokyo, affordably cheap price with Friendly and accommodating staff, Really good quality skincare hotel amenities, tasty home-cooked style breakfast, and a coin laundry option.

The bed was too hard for my liking.

The property was in a good location: close to Tokyo Station while also being in a slightly quieter area. The room was a good size, with a well structured layout that made sense and utilised the space. The private bathroom was a great size too.

The only downside to the room was the mattress was quite hard.

Super yummy hotel breakfast (make sure you have it at least once). Really friendly staff. Smooth process of leaving/picking up my luggage. Great location (around the corner from Lawson, walking distance to Tokyo Station, close to Ningyocho food area)

Staff was really nice and my room was very comfy and clean. Bed was big and blanket was super fluffy, I liked it :) Also the hotel's location is great — there were two or even three station nearby.
