Location was great. Station only two blocks away and a number of shops/restaurants close by. The rooms were big for what we have experienced in Tokyo in other places. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The washing machine, fridge and other appliances worked well. The wifi was very good.

We booked 4 rooms, and in all, we found the kitchen plates and utensils dirty on day one. The rest of the room was relatively clean. Our rooms did not have a view except of the back of the building where there is a carpark. The carpark can be noisy, particulary early in the mornings or late at night. The carpark is also used by people who smoke, which means the smell of smoke reached our balcony.

The room is extremely clean and comfortable. It is great for my family. We have only 2 adults and 1 little kid. The room we rented is large and has everything. Because of jetlag, we woke up early and cooked breakfast in the kitchen. It is very convenient to transport to the airport. I will book again when we come to Tokyo.

The direction to use the washing machine and drying clothes is confused. The dry feature of washing machine didn't work properly so we had to dry clothes in the bathroom but it took long time to figure out how to use the dry feature of the system.

Location close to TCAT, the biggest reason why I chose Axas so that it will be easy for us to take the airport limo. Room is very spacious, ample space for us to unpack and repack our shopping loots! There is a washing machine cum dryer which save us money too!

Not much of food options nearby, if u walk out to the main streets, you can find more options. Location is not found on taxi maps, 20-13 is the closest

Pretty much everything about the place; location close to train/bus stations, easy to check in, complimentary amenities,clean and open space with kitchen and less than 10 minute walk to different restaurants, 7-11 and Lawson. I really enjoyed having our own floor. They kept our luggage before we got there and after we checked out to explore the city.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and decent size. And really close to the T-Cat and easy to get to! Would come back again. Staff also gave umbrella as when I checked out as it was snowing!

Laundry in room is awesome. Great it not has fridge, but has microwave (though we did not have to use it - there is 7/11 very close by, so it could have come in handy) Great location (close to 2 7/11, lawson, etc)

space a bit tight since we have lots of luggage. Not much place to sit down not much shopping near hotel or bakery.

the room is very new and clean. very close to tokyo city air terminal (T-CAT). only 5 mins walk. and T-CAT is the same location of subway station suitengumae.

Great to have a washer combined with dryer. however, it would be better to have a rack to dry clothes as even after tumble dried, there is still moisture.

The amenities in the room was excellent. I like the fact that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The bed needs attention. It was hard . Otherwise we liked it a lot

The beds were hard to sleep on and pillows too.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. It has all the amenities. It near TCAT and train stations and convenience stores. It very clean. And reasonably priced when I booked on booking.com

The floor is a bit narrow so we had some struggle opening our luggages.

Location is wonderful. Easy to several MRT stations in 10 mins walking distance. And bus station to air port only in 3 mins walking distance.
