It was decently spacious for a business hotel and has a feel that makes you very comfortable the moment you step in. The bathroom is just right in size and the bathtub is very comfortable. I like that the staff were pretty nice. Everything was very clean and you get free water in your room and a working TV :)

The bed on it's own is comfortable, but the cushions are abominable. They're thin and hard. There are apparently better cushions, but if you ask me there aren't enough (they told me they were all out). Still don't let that stop you from staying here!

This is my 2nd stay here, Very professional personnal. Put your suitcase morning, visit Akihabara then check-in at nigth. check-out on morning but left my suitcase until 5PM. (in 2022, i did make a reservation on afternoon for the nigth in front of the desk, not easy in Japan). For my 2 Pokemon sons, i will be confident to stay here as a family trip. i like to use their microwave.

impossible to make an online reservation less than 24h, the earlier you reserve, the lower price, i mean it double the price if you book it two days before... Not recommended for visiting Japan, this place is for japan geek only or family of Pokemon ;p

I booked into this APA last minute as I had stayed here before and needed to leave a hotel that was very unclean and made me sick. APA is the complete opposite - it's clean, comfortable, amenities are good and refreshed daily outside the door. A clean is done every 3rd day. The beds are very comfy, and although typically small I slept very well there. The staff at reception are very helpful, one allowed me to sit in reception for an indefinite amount of time as I was unwell at the end of my trip, whilst my partner had to go out. She also arranged the taxi to the airport for us, assisted with translation and our suitcases. I was very unwell so I appreciate this. No complaints, I like the location and proximity to Akihabara. We'll likely be back on our next trip.

The only downside is the pillows aren't the best! But I have a small cushion I used when travelling, so this wasn't an issue for me. They're a bit thin, but you may be able to ask for more, I didn't try.

The location was fantastic, right in Akihabara and close to the station. The room was fairly clean if a bit small. If you are travelling with a large suitcase, you will struggle finding a place where it won't get in the way.

The room, while fairly clean overall, could be shown a bit more attention. There was a laminated room information sheet under the bed which I found by accident, and there was an old french fry on it. To be fair, the cleaning staff seemed very busy every time I saw them, and it is somewhat understandable that they might miss checking under the bed.

Super clean, lots of amenities, very affordable, and just steps away to the lively parts of Akihabara! Easy walk to Akihabara and Suehirocho Station. Their pajamas are yukatas. Biggest TV screen we've seen in a hotel in Japan. The flat pillows were surprisingly fine compared to other reviews and in their pamphlets, it does say you can request for a down pillow free of charge. We had two carry-ons, backpacks, and one check-in and we managed with the small floor space. Even though we didn't need it, they kept leaving a basket of fresh towels, pajamas, toothpaste, etc. by our door everyday.

The bathroom had a lot of accesories, likewise the room was well lit with a big TV and a nice desk. The hotel overall was pretty modern.

The pillows were like wooden planks, only the bed providing the cushion feeling. The bathroom was a bit dirty in some parts, plus the lack of a closet to store the clothes. We also didn't enjoy the room window not being able to be opened as staying for a week made the atmosphere of the room be heavy with the lack of ventilation.

The location is great! Near Don Quijote, BIC Camera, Mandarake, and the JR Akihabara Station.

The rooms were very small, however I was already aware of the size of APA rooms as I have stayed in one of their other hotels in Tokyo. Was just hoping this hotel was a bit bigger. If you are the tall/ plus sized I would say this would be too small for you. However, rooms are ok for 1-2 smaller sized persons. Would still recommend!

Location was amazing! Close to the heart of Akihabara. Very convenient to all the popular shops. Train station is just a few minutes walk, made it easy for us to travel around Tokyo. Although it is a budget hotel, this hotel provided A-Z for all our travel needs like disposable toothbrush, mineral water, water boiler, laundry bags, a comfy yukata robe, free green tea sachet and so on! Additionally the hotel staff could speak English / Mandarin which helped us communicate with them easier. Overall staff were very helpful as well.

Room space is very compact

It is located in the centre of the area. The bed, TV and washroom are well maintained. I didn’t have any umbrella when it was showering outside, but I lent one from the reception.

The room temperature was a bit higher than I expected. However even I adjusted it via the control panel, it didn’t cool down.

It was very very close to major anime, video game , manga and doll stores in the area as well as smaller and more niche shops. There is a Lawson just down the street and the curry restaurant downstairs was very good! The staff were very patient and friendly and polite. We got fresh towels and room robes (basic yukatas) daily. Every 3rd day the exceptional cleaning staff thoroughly cleaned the room.

Our room was very very small. A shelf or two would be nice and more hooks for hanging clothes perhaps? The bed was also lumpy, uncomfortable and lopsided towards the desk area, probably as a result of many previous people using it as seating considering the lack of space. Otherwise a perfect stay!
