Great location, a very quiet neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants and Akasaka metro station. The hotel is clean, comfortable and staff are very attentive. Free coffee and snacks in the lobby are a bonus. The hotel is also conveniently located two doors down from a traditional Japanese Izakaya bar called BunBun which is worth a visit if you get the chance.

Friendly staff. Near to a subway. Good nightlife location. Lovely area in the city. Peaceful location. Washing machine. Coffee machine in reception and afternoon doughnuts. Very clean. Great toiletries in the bathroom.

The bathroom partition was glass, so if you want to use the toilet at night it lights up the whole bedroom and disturbs my partner's sleep.

Thank you for a wonderful time. I stayed there once before, and because I liked it so much the first time, I went back. Good location (It's perfect for a little quiet atmosphere, especially after a long night of noisy surroundings). Convenience stores, the station and other shops are a few minutes away. You can easily get a taxi outside of the hotel as well. They had self service ice-cream and 24hr coffee service. Also, staff is polite and some can speak English.

No napkins at the coffee area. No cotton in the room. But those are minor.

Excellent location, nice, bright clean hotel. Rooms are clean, sufficient amenities, great hot water. Staff is easy going and they spoke english. Always felt safe, and comfortable. Really near Akasaka station, lots of combinis and restaurants nearby. Great value.

Room is small, no way to hide that. But it is Tokyo, so that's par for the course. Hotel is on the top of a pretty steep hill, but right behind the TBS TV station there is a shortcut where you can take an elevator, or a flight of stairs.

the property was clean and the staff members were extremely kind. I appreciated their level of effort in ensuring my SO and I were comfortable and had our things taken care of. We needed our luggage stored a few times during our stay and the staff were extremely accommodating.

The only thing my SO did not feel the most comfortable with were the bathrooms. For the double rooms, the bathroom walls are made of glass. Although people cannot see through the glass, it was not very sound proof. But everything else was perfect!

Good location, a few minutes walk from Akasaka Station. Loved the free coffee and doughnuts. USB socket for charging the phone by the bed.

The bed was a bit hard , but I was always so tired that it didn’t bother me that much this time. The dryer was faulty, even though I tried to dry them for one hour, the clothes were still wet. The milky glass window separating the bathroom is a bit inconvenient.

Kind and accommodating staff. Hold your luggage for free before and after checkout. Comfortable room, beds, bathroom. I would stay here again.

The breakfast is prepackaged with a ham and egg sandwich. I tried to ask for only egg sandwiches due to dietary restrictions and they could only provide me with a salad as an alternative. The salad was delicious but not what we wanted so we ended up buying breakfast from outside even though breakfast included in our booking.

The property is spotless, providing lovely services for the clients and they go the extra mile to help their clients. I had a very serious issue regarding my flight and the staff couldn't be more helpful, they contributed a lot to solving my issue. I highly recommend it.

All was good value for money, although I was not used to such hard mattresses. But it looks like they're good for the posture, and I had good night sleeps so not an issue in the end :)

There was coffee and tea 24 hours a day in reception, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was fine. One of the men on reception was extremely helpful.

The property was in a quiet area on the top of a hill however it was so hot that climbing up the hill was tough. The bathroom walls were of frosted glass so when one of us went to the toile in the night it would light up he whole room.

My twin-bed room is quite spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. It’s in an accessible (only after you know the shortcut to there) but quiet area. The breakfast area is very descent. There is coin laundry & dryer service. The donuts served at tea time are yummy. I
