In a small space, the smart organizing of it is determinant for a easy life. The rooms even if there are several hangers, they cannot be hung. With a little design effort, the place could be used efficiently. There is also a glass shelf in the bathroom which, due to its narrow space and rectangular shape, can injure the occupant. Likewise, with a little effort to change the shape and maybe a protective border, the place could be made more user-friendly. I would appreciate much a reading light when laying in bed.

The location of the hotel is excellent and literally only a 10-minute easy walk from the main Tokyo station (go past the JR Bus station) and turn left onto Kajibashi-dori or Kajibashi-street. You also have Kyobashi and Takaradacho subway station exits even closer to the location. There's lots to do and see in the surrounding area. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming - 本当にありがとうございます. The room has multiple plug outlets which is very useful and a spacious design.

The shower and bath sink were terrible. This style of not have a full-powered running hot water from the sink and shower is highly annoying. I happened to arrive on a day that was raining and was slightly cold throughout and was looking forward to a hot shower, only to find that barely a dribble of water comes out out of the shower or bath sink when you turn up the temperature dial. First world problems yes :-), but for the amount being paid, this shouldn't be an issue.

Great location, close to subway stations and restaurants. Perfect for solo travelers and felt safe as a female. Foreigner friendly. Hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out which is convenient.

Room is dark even with all the lights on. The walls and floors are dark colors. My room window was facing another building cutting off natural light. Room was not cleaned daily. Trash and towels were not changed. Only had one pillow.

The service we received at the front desk and for breakfast was friendly and efficient. Great care was given in helping us to find our way around and for booking forward our luggage. We appreciated the common dining/lounging area with complimentary drinks. The location was great for access to train stations.

The location is very convenient, you have two metro stations within a 4 minute walk, including one that runs directly to the airport. The staff was friendly.

My only concern was the floor seemed a little grimy. I'm pretty sure the corner with the table hadn't even been vacuumed... I think that because there was a charger cord still there from the previous occupant. Overall would stay here again though.

Excellent 3⭐️hotel. Newish, in line with Japanese standards. very Short walk to subway, next to bus stop and a short 5-7 min to Tokyo station. a great very good restaurants nearby. shoutout to the helpful staff; plus free drinks being offered every night!

no complaints; as with many Japanese hotels I have stayed at some English instructions for the AC would Bw handy.

The location is AMAZING. Steps away from the subway, and within easy walking distance of major Tokyo highlights. Beyond easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland, Temples, Palaces, City sights, etc.

The rooms are tiny. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but I can see the space being difficult for families or people who travel with a lot of luggage.

great staff very attentive and thoughtful. Location was right next to direct train to Narita airport. Juice and tea/coffee available in lounge/meal area any time. bathroom was good.

Bed was very hard and room very small so had to leave our snowboards in the hall but everything else was perfect.

Super close to everything we needed, the staff were amazing and facilities were excellent.

Like all hotels in Japan, it might be tricky if you have big luggage but we didn’t, so had no issues at all.

Great location close to Tokyo station, friendly staff, and with cute little downstairs area for socialising.

Rooms were quite small (but very nice and clean).
