Very good location. The room was clean and came with a bath tub and shower. The staff were nice and spoke English. We had a bit of an emergency and the staff who helped us was super accommodating. He helped sort everything out
The room for 2 people was very small. Not a lot of space if you're travelling with big suit cases. We had the JR Pass and the nearby stations available didn't really take the JR Pass . Tokyo station is only one stop from Yurakuchou Station but it is a bit of a walk I would say 10mins. It's not long but difficult when carrying a small and large suitcase.

The location is very good, close to metro stations. There is a Family Mart 30s walk from hotel - you can get sandwiches and drinks from there. The bathroom was very clean. The bath tub isn't full size, but that wasn't an issue for me. The shower was very nice and powerful. Soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided as well as razor and comb. The staff are helpful and helped me arrange my journey to Haneda airport - on the metro it cost only 500yen 45 mins journey from the hotel to terminal 3. Nothing to do with the hotel, but have a good map to navigate around this area. My Google map didn't work too well!
Rooms are dimly lit on my opinion.

We liked the location , so close to beautiful shops and great restaurants! the room was nice ,clean and not big but not too small ether all staff members were very kind and helpful…except for one
The very last staff member I spoke to was very rude because we did check out at 11:25 on 17th of April (which was previously discussed by a phone conversation )where we knowledged to pay a fee for late check out if needed to be ,when we came down I did greet her saying good morning and she replied in a loud voice :KEYS her maners and tone of voice were so un Japanese just appalling , I didn’t say anything to her at the time … just shocking

Reception was great (check in and out were easy and quick) & room was comfortable and clean. The rooms was on the smaller size so it was hard to unpack/pack 2 luggages but overall okay.
Rooms were a little small, but still manageable!

Really great room, its got all you need in one nice sized room. The shower was amazing and quite big, the bathtub too was wonderfully sized. Im 187cm tall and i was able to fit my entire body in it which is quite rare. The location is incredible too with easy access to the metro which means you dont have to walk all the way to Tokyo station. Oh, there is also a 711 like 100m away from the hotel which came in so handy for both food and getting Yen out.
So im not sure what was going on with this but i found that sometimes my bin didnt emptied? Despite having the eco clean sign up. Really not sure whats with that but it did happen twice. Asides from that no real complaints, i did stay there for 3 weeks so i think for that to be my only problem, thats quite good.

Front desk service is top rate, friendly, super helpful, they helped with directions, speaks English (for travelers). Buffet breakfast is excellent- serving several Japanese and Western dishes, served in the restaurant of hotel. The buffet area is well managed by efficient and friendly staff, always keeping it fresh, clean and orderly. Location is in the Ginza area, very safe, top retail shops are located in the main Ginza road, very convenient to multiple metro subways, several restaurants including express train to and from Haneda Airport.
To be clear, we knew our hotel (standard twin) room was only 216 sq ft. That said, the room space is tight for just 2 people and 2 luggage. The room temperature was difficult to maintain and manage- it was either too cold or to warm.

Great hotel, clean and conformable. Really nice breakfast. Ginza is a very central location in tokyo too for getting around the city and also to go to other locations eg Airports, shinkansen to other cities.
The room was very small but this is normal for japanese hotels. Ginza is a very high end shopping neighbourhood which wasn't really our vibe. But the hotel was priced reasonably compared to shinjuku area.

Very friendly staff that speak some English. Clean room and great amenities (provides pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, razors). Hotel room was small as expected from business hotels in Japan but it was not an issue for us; space was very efficiently used. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Great area in Ginza - walked to Tsukiji market, Hamarikyu gardens, Uniqlo, Tokyo Station Mall. Very affordable.
Thought it would be closer to Tokyo Station but it was about a 25 min walk from where the limousine bus dropped us off. Staff downstairs either did not have green tea when asked for some more or they did not want to give it to us. We were given one firm pillow and one very flat one which was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Room was spacious for a Tokyo hotel, bathroom big, shower very nice, excellent pressure. Had everything we needed for our stay.
Could have been a bit cleaner. Some things felt grimey to touch and need a full wipe down, we also had a dirty glass in the bathroom but didn't use. Also location is not 'city centre' in my opinion. It's close to Tokyo station but all the action happens in Shinjuku or Shibuya which we didn't know until getting there and realising we were so far from both.
