Nice clean hotel, not overpriced, in the great location with easy access to the Haneda airport by metro and in a walking distance to train station, shopping area and Imperial Palace. Not included into hotel description but potentially valuable: as soon as breakfast is over, complimentary tea with snacks is served in the restaurant with following happy hours with complimentary cocktails between 5 and 8 pm. 8 to 10 pm complimentary evening soup with rice is served in the restaurant - all on the 2nd floor. Huge choice of hygiene supplies is available opposite to reception - just pick what’s needed. 7-Eleven shop is 30 meters from the hotel entrance and one more shop is just at the same entrance with the hotel - you can get snacks, soft drinks or even some hot food there for lunch or dinner. Nice food market at the train station -1 floor.

Location - the hotel was walking distance from Tokyo Station, and also close to other train stations. There is also a Family Mart right below the hotel. Room - the room was a decent size. There were fresh towels provided every day. When we went during the summer, they also gave us complimentary bottles of water every day. Staff - the staff were super helpful and were able to communicate in English. They also provided luggage-forwarding services for a fee (through Yamato Transport) which was super helpful for us who had too much luggage. They helped fill out the form for us and we were able to see our luggage at our next hotel. Breakfast - On our second stay, we had breakfast which was super good. It had a wide selection of Asian and Western cuisine.

The only thing we did not like was the air conditioner that needed cleaning. Other than that, everything else was clean.

The location of the hotel to the subway system was wonderful as well as the Ginza.

The beds were somewhat hard, and the room was small and an awkward shape. The hotel seems to be located in a business residential area of Tokyo, thus the few restaurants are about a block walk away from the hotel. There is a small coffee shop across the busy street and a block away from the hotel, so not real conducive to that early cup of coffee. The hotel also is quite a distance away from Tokyo station, especially when maneuvering luggage through a crowded station to crowded sidewalks, depending upon when one arrives in Tokyo.

Very convenient location, close to Tokyo Station (10 min on foot) and two metro stations right in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and could speak basic English.

Room was very dusty and only cleaned superficially. AC was noisy. There was a problem with the window seals as you could constantly hear the wind whistle loudly in the room, which was annoying when trying to sleep. Bed was very uncomfortable, so that we both suffered from backpain the whole week.

The room is designed with the customer in mind. Everything is provided. When I stay at hotels, I usually call the reception repeatedly to ask for stuff which are not available in the room (but should be) and would have to wait for a long time for them to be delivered (that if they even decide to come at all). But with Hotel Intergate, I never had to call the reception for anything, not even once during my 4 night stay. Amazing hotel, price is reasonable, very clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend this to my friends.

Just a tiny problem with the ac, not as quiet as I would like it to be but not a big deal.

1. SINGLE BED ROOM SIZE IS A BIT SMALL. 2. WORKING TABLE SHOULD BE PROVIDED WITH WITH A CHAIR INSTEAD OF STOOL. 3. BREAFAST - LUCH - DINNER SHOULD INCLUDE ATLEAST ONE VEGETARIAN DISH WHICH WAS NOT AVAILABE.

We found the hotel staff so accommodating and helpful. Room was small (normal for Tokyo) but comfortable and clean. Amenities such as tea, kettle, toothbrushes, razors, combs, crackers and beauty products were provided as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location with less than 5 minutes walk to Metro station. There's a Family Mart right underneath the hotel. The staff is friendly. Space is decent for a hotel in Tokyo.

The bathroom curtain has a tiny bit of stuffy smell.

Location was very convenient with multiple train lines around us and Tokyo Station also a few mins away. Size of the room was really good for a Tokyo hotel. The hotel beside breakfast was providing smoothies earlier in the morning, happy hour in the late afternoon and rice soup in the evening.
