good location and facilities

During my stay, there was guest next door at Room 921 they presented bad habit during their stay and sharing in public area ie they opened the door and make noise when we walked pass their room, and they leave trash in front of the room. I think this is not acceptable, and I already tried to inform one of front staff, but it seem they do not understand and difficult to communicate so I did not have a chance to explain with other staff, regrettly.

The location is in walking distance from Tokyo station just between business and Ginza shopping district and near to 2 metro stations. The location was very quiet - which we liked. We could not have found such a place at Shibuya or Shinjuku. The bathroom was just large enough. Facility for clothes washing (one of two machines were out of service). Train stop of Narita Express.

Room was too small for two adults. The bed was squeezed into two walls and the third side was the window wall. Access only from one side. Only one suitcase could be opened up on the floor - no furnuture for clothes. No breakfast option. An impersonal self-prepare (microwave) and eat area in the entrance hall. We arrived at 12:30 and check-in is at 15:00. Early check-in only with extra payment - no thank you. Check-out at 11:00 and we had our train at 13:00 - again: late check-out with extra payment - no thank you. At least the hotel tolerated some luggage storage in the open reception hall - which is trustworthy only in Japan - but not elsewhere. The price was too high for the experience we got.

The hotel is in the city centre with access to metro and main stations. Good shopping malls near by with good restaurants.

Fantastic hotel, ideally located about a 15 minute walk from Tokyo main station (once you get out the right station exit), and a few minutes walk from a local Pazmo line (you will need to learn about Pazmo before you go!), so really easy to get back from anywhere across central Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English when checking us in (you can just put your room keys into a box on the way out if you don't order anything extra). Minor toiletries available along with tea/coffee sachets next to reception, which was a nice touch. Lift required key card access, so felt safe, and the whole foyer area was just clean, tidy and modern. Decent price for central Tokyo on a Sat/Sun. Bathroom was modern (first encounter with a Japanese toilet - you want be able to go back), if a bit pokey, but we went for a small double, so was fine for the price, and we ain't that wide. There's a 7/11 nearby (them and Lawsons are everywhere anyway) so handy for whatever first/last thing.

Nothing really, minor criticism is that there weren't enough plug sockets round the desk area for multiple things, so our fridge was unplugged, but doubt we'd have used it anyway on our 2-night stay here.

Great location, in the heart of the capital easy access to all the flagship stores that are usually in Ginza. Great transport network. Opted for the premium rooms and while it is marginally bigger than the standard rooms, felt it could be just little bit more bigger. Bigger bed for example. Loved the premium floor lounge and better choices of toiletries. Offers sim card for travellers at the hotel. Great firm ish pillows and your standard lifeless airy hotel pillows.

The room is v dark and dated. I have nose allergy to dust and every time as soon as I enter the room there would be instant reaction. Bit shocking to think Japanese standard is not up to par. At check in, for some reason given how uncommon our surnames were it took bit a while to find our booking. Rather surprised. One of the younger receptionist staff is Korean I think and he had no smiles, not the kind of customer service one would expect in Japan. But the customer service in general has marginally improved compared to our last visit pre pandemic.

The place was neat. Size I guess what you need to expect in Tokyo, not big. But everything needed is there. The staff is VERY accomodating. The bathroom, both toilet and bathtub with shower were pleasant. We enjoyed it. Close to the metro stations. And right across is a 7Eleven... always pleasant for if you want to get some snacks or get breakfast etc. There are 3 elevators and during our stay we never had to wait. What I also loved is the coolness when you enter the building.. sooo refreshing. The aircon in the room works also good!

Well.. the rooms are simply not big. When you have big luggages with you, like we had, that asks for a bit of creativity. But we're fine.

Every basic items you need are there. The property is clean and the amenities like microwave, laundry, vendo machine, even money exchange are there. The lobby is bright and wide. It is safe since the room key card given to you will only be accessible to your floor. The place is near convenience stores which is helpful for your daily needs.

Just like any other Japanese business hotel, the rooms are a bit small. If you’re around 6 foot tall, this may not work for you. If I may recommend, the hotel should place additional microwave and laundry units.

Location is great! It's about a 10-15 min walk to the Yaesu South corner (nearest to the bus platform and McDonald's) of Tokyo Station. The heart of Ginza's shopping district begins just around the corner from the hotel. As the group leader, I had 6 rooms booked at this hotel and was the first to arrive, a week prior to the group. To prepare for the group arrival, I had prepared copies of everyone's passport complete with home address, email/phone contact info. The friendly front desk clerk gladly accepted this information and when the group arrived, check in was an absolute breeze and key packets were ready for distribution!!!

Absolutely stellar value. To get a clean, reasonably sized (for Japan) room at this price - in Ginza - this was absolutely stellar value. Would be happy to stay here again without even considering others.

Only issue with this place - is laundry. It's a big hotel - serving many guests- but sadly- they only have TWO wash machines. I had to spend one week - lugging my laundry down to the laundry room at various times - before I finally got lucky one day and saw one free machine. Very poor management in this regard. For so many guests, at least two more machines are needed. The present set up just doesn't work. If you think you may need to do laundry while at this hotel - prepare to wait days, if not more - to finally find one available machine.

Great location in Ginza, very close to major shopping area. Room size was typical for prime Tokyo area, but at a very affordable price when all is considered. It was spacious enough for both of us (important to consider for 2 people... make sure bed is big enough for two people. Some budget hotels have double beds that can barely fit 2 people. This hotel has good size bed). Don't expect much in terms of facilities, but there are two washer/dryers, which is VERY helpful. The machines are in high demand, so if you need to use, choose off peak time (mid-afternoon). We also had a very early morning flight out, so it was very convenient to walk to the airport bus shuttle at Tokyo station, less than 15 minutes away. All in all, great value for the money.

Washing machines were in high demand, so would be nice if there were more machines. Drying took a long time. But just having washing machines is a bonus already !
