Studio Inn Nishi Shinjuku

It is a 10-min walk to two subway stations, but it is also possible to walk to main spots of Shinjuku. Free coffee capsules and laundry are great! The owner allowed us to leave the lugagge after the check-out.

It is a bit difficult to carry the luggage down and up the stairs. There is a light strange smell in the underground room.

It was spacious and had separate areas For living and bathroom. Close to the train station with good working aircon. Hosts were friendly/helpful and helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. Close to 7/11 which was good for supplies.

Very nice and spacious studio with two comfortable beds, kitchenette, fridge, microwave a quiet air conditioning and full bathroom. The place was very quiet and clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a washing machine downstairs that comes with detergent and is free to use. There is also a drier in the basement. The studio is located 10 min walk from shinjuku station. Highly recommend .

This apartment was excellent! Very quiet, yet right in the heart of Nishishinjuku and close to public transport and shops. The setuup of the room was great. There was a Nescafe coffee pod machine which was a fabulouls bonus after a long day! There was also a big washing machine and dryer. Excellent bathroom! The staff were very helpful and even went out on the street to flag down a taxi for us! I only wish I had stayed longer but will definately stay there again.

Location is good. It is around a 10 min walk to two different rail lines. The only downside I found was that with any trip, you almost had to transfer at Shinjuku station to another line which is a minor inconvenience. Otherwise great location & more space than a standard hotel. Also, I was traveling with my adolescent son. We were able to reserve two single beds, & there was free washing & dry cleaning facilities. No need for detergent as it is provided.

The first night there, there was a constant buzzing sound which made it almost impossible for me to get a sound sleep. I later found out it was the ventilation in the bathroom which you can turn off. Once I worked that out, my sleep was fine.

It’s located on the quiet street,away from all the noises,so we had a good night sleep. Free laundry was definitely a plus. Very comfortable,well equipped. Very helpful owner,who let us check in an hour before after 14h flight,also called a restaurant for me to deal with the reservation. Recommended place to stay,close to Shinjuku

Nothing,apart from that our room was located in the basement and bigger window and day light would be really appreciated

The host was very accommodating. I booked two different rooms in consecutive days due to a change in my travel plans and he was kind enough to waive 50% of the cleaning fee when I transferred. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough compared to the average hotels you'll find in Shinjuku. Would definitely go again.

The rooms do not have a lot of sunlight as the windows are small so I won't recommend being indoor for long periods of time.

The facilities were great, the room was the perfect size and very clean. The bathroom was very clean too. We appreciated the espresso machine & the free laundry & dryer use. Bed was comfortable! The location is in between Nishi-Shinjuku and Hatsudai stations too so you're well connected. There's also a great juice shop nearby that also sells Kyrgyz honey, highly recommend it.

Good sized room with comfortable beds and chairs. Nice big bath. The room has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The host was really helpful and showed me how everything worked, and also gave useful suggestions for things to do. The area was quiet and had good transport links; there were also plenty of shops nearby including 4 supermarkets.

Room is big, clean, comfortable The service is wonderful. I was late by 15 min after original check-in time. But the owner of hotel was so nice to treat us. Moreover, He was friendly to show us around the room and gave a short introduction of facility.

Originally, I thought it's a little distance from the train station. But the bus system here is convenient. So it's not a big problem, then.
