What a wonderful stay! The view is a delight, the service is absolutely perfect, all is made to ensure your stay is magical, from the reception when you arrive to the still warm chocolate madeleines served for breakfast. The New York grill and its view of Tokyo, the swimming pool on the top floor at night... All is amazing. Wether Lost in translation is your cult film or not, come and stay here. It's such a wonderful place.

Nothing. It would be crazy to find something to say.

We treated ourselves to 2 nights at the Park Hyatt for our 5th wedding anniversary. Almost everything was lovely and beyond expectation, upon check in we were asked if we would like to have a bottle of champagne sent to our room to congratulate us for our anniversary, and at dinner at the girandole restaurant we were surprised with an anniversary dessert with photos taken of us to be given as a keepsake at checkout. The facilities are amazing and it really feels as though you are in an oasis in the sky of Tokyo. This is easily the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.

Everything was great, bar the welcome experience at the New York bar. We came there after our dinner at Girandole at the time we were expected and were welcomed rudely. It did put a slight dampener on the rest of the evening, but other than that everything was lovely.

wonderful staff. a level of service that goes above and beyond expectations. top class facilities. incredible interior design. amazing architecture. exceptional high quality. beautiful views from every window. two bars that are probably the two best bars I have been to in the world. it’s a relaxing environment. I liked the ambient music in the peak bar. everyone is perfect from the moment you walk towards the entrance until the moment you are leaving

nothing at all. it’s perfect.

The Park Hyatt is destination luxury hotel in Tokyo and is priced accordingly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The dining options are elegant and refined with a breakfast that is not to be missed. Front door, restaurant, bar, cafe, housekeeping and room services staff are efficient and friendly and the service provided by them was exceptional.

The senior staff at the hotel in reception and concierge seemed distracted most of the time and most questions for service or booking help that we asked were not actioned or not met. Most responses from senior staff offered only excuses not any alternatives.

Overall a good hotel with spectacular views and impressive interiors. The concierges were very helpful ahead of our stay and helped us with everything from restaurant reservations to babysitting service. Loved the toiletteries from Aesop and the package for our toddler.

The furnitures in the rooms are old and worn down. Almost unbeliavable to pay 1000€ per night for this. Breakfast is quite poor and we were surprised to be charged 75€ for 2 adults and a child on top of our already expensive room. Value for money was just not there for us.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, the classy staff at Park Hyatt Tokyo made us feel welcome and assisted us all the way to our room, showcasing exceptional hospitality. The hotel's stylish artistic decor, even inside the elevators, caught our eyes and added to the luxurious ambiance. The lobby area was a sight to behold with beautiful trees adorning the top of the skyscraper, creating a serene escape amidst the city buzz. Nestled in the heart of Shinjuku, the location couldn’t have been better, allowing us easy access to explore around. The room was spacious and offered awe-inspiring views of Mount Fuji which was a sight we cherished. The iconic pool at the top of the building came with a stunning panorama of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and Shinjuku station, providing a unique and refreshing experience. The famous New York Bar lived up to its reputation and gave us our 'Lost in Translation' moment, with a classy setting and a buzzing atmosphere. Starting our day with an elegant breakfast at Girandole was the cherry on top. Our stay was filled with luxury, comfort, and unique experiences, making Park Hyatt Tokyo a destination we'd love to revisit.

Spent 5 nights in a park view king room for our honeymoon in May 2023 and so happy we chose Park Hyatt Tokyo. Everything was perfect - beautiful room with all amenities including tv to which you can connect your phone for Netflix etc; staff and service excellent, we received a complimentary bottle of Ruinard champagne upon arrival which we enjoyed in the bath with view over Tokyo; on every occasion the staff remembered that we were honeymooners and tried to make our stay extra special. Also great location at Shinjuku easy to get around with taxis and metro.

I loved the somewhat vintage twist on luxury (perhaps because it's in fact old :)), but I much prefer that to sleek uninteresting luxury. And the view of course was stunning. Great overall ambiance!

Smooth room service. With two breakfast and one meal order something was twice missing or misunderstood (no milk with coffee, false make of eggs). So better checking on the room service orders would be in place. Also rather difficult to find the entrance!

Amazing hotel! Staff were all very professional. My room was fantastic, with the most beautiful views over the city. I also treated myself to a meal from room service, I ate lunch at the Kozue restaurant, had breakfast at the Girandole restaurant, an evening drink at the New York Bar, and I used the swimming pool. If you're a fan of the film 'Lost in Translation' then I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! Probably the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at, yet I am so glad I spent the money here. My weekend at this hotel has been a highlight of my time in Japan. If you're debating staying here, I'd say spend the money if you can - it's worth it to experience this hotel!

The staff was so helpful and had great English skills - this included reception, room service, breakfast/restaurant staff. All made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The room had incredible views. Room service was solid. Breakfast had an incredible view and buffet was fantastic, including fresh madeleines from the pan one morning.

It is expensive, but you do get what you pay for. There are not as many restaurants and bars within a short walking distance, it is more of a business district, but still close enough to public transit to get where you need to go.
