Near side have some Bangladeshi restaurants and BD shops. Also near side have two metro station.

Only two toilets have for more than fifty person the forth floor. I think should added more toilet this floor.

Cheap, good location and friendly English speaking staff. Shared seating area was large and convenient, with lots of amenities you’d expect in a capsule hotel. Pods weren’t excessively hot too, as is common at capsule hotels

Lots of mold in the bathroom, which is easy to get rid of with a bit of cleaning. Also saw a roach in the commons area, 2 times, which clearly indicates that there were multiple bugs most likely. Looked clean, and there wasn’t food sitting out or anything, so I think the hotel needs to spray for bugs or put out traps or something of the sort. Lastly a slightly weird smell when entering the sleeping area on the 3rd floor.

Excellent location and great value for money. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

It’s a shame you have to pay to sit in the cafe. A communal area would’ve been nice.

Really clean and the pods were super cosy. Everyone seem to follow the rules to an extent and remained respectful. Showers were clean and pyjamas were also given. Perfect location next to the station and easy access to shinjuku

The pillows were like rocks, really really hard. I would have preferred a soft pillow. The dressing rooms got very busy at one point so there wasn’t always space to shower. Small gaps between the lockers and walls so was difficult to get things out of my case. We weren’t allowed to stay seated in the lobby after checking out, for half hour, which I thought was strange, as we were only wanting to wait for our train.

Beds were comfortable, it was clean, location is great. Free coffee and juice available.

I was surprised that you didn't need a key to get into the female dorm. Door was always open. This should be fixed as soon as possible. Basically anyone can come to the hostel by just taking an elevator to the reception, and then changing to female only elevator and going to female floor,, no proof needed.

I liked the organisation of the different floors and I loved the sleeping pods. We all slept very well

Nowhere in the pod to charge phones etc Although this is not that big of a deal, my phone is my alarm and I was very low on charge so hard to relax when I was worrying about sleeping in

You know how when you get out of the shower and you don't want to step on the floor with your wet feet? Yeah, they provide fresh floor mats that you can stand on. They provide daily freshbyowels, fresh pijamas, and amenities. The bed sheets are changed every single day. And the shower and toilets are cleaned good enough for a hostel. They have a lounge area where you can chill, eat, charge your phone/laptop and work on something or to hang out with people. There is free coffee, tea and juices. I liked that you were able to leave your additional luggage and valuable items at the reception and didn't have to worry about it.

- The lockers are pretty small, so, you need to come with little baggage. - The door to the sleeping area was always open. They gave us a badge to enter that room but the badge device on the door was broken, so anyone could've come in. I stayed there 4 nights and they did not fix it. Nonetheless, criminality is low in Japan and I felt safe.

This place offers an entire floor of showers for men. I assume the same for women. Plenty to go around. Nice big locker that can fit your checked in and carry on bags + another mini locker for shoes.

The pillow stuffing was well used and dense. You could feel where other people's heads have been over time. Couldn't flush it. Very weird entry and exit process. Take elevator from the 1st floor to 8th floor. Ask staff for your keys. Go down the mens or womens elevator. When you leave, use elevator to go back to the 8th floor. Hand over your keys to staff, use a different elevator to the 1st floor. You can't take your keys with you when you leave the building for any reason. So you trust the staff with the keys to your locker. I was given a broken access card.

Good value for money. Super close to the Yamanote line. Looooads of shops directly outside (that came with crowds…). Great view from the cafe. Pretty cool experience staying in a proper capsule. Lifts were clearly segregated by gender, so no chance of mixing men / women in the bathrooms or bedroom.

Staff were indifferent. Probably the least friendly welcome I’ve had in 3 weeks in Japan. I was not advised about the nightwear or toiletries availability, though I saw everyone else wearing it, so they do exist. The capsule pods are numerous in quantity in the room. There was some noise regularly all through the night. I went to sleep at midnight and woke at 5:30am for a flight, and barely slept in that time due to frequent movement. Probably good for the ‘experience’ but I wouldn’t suggest a long stay would be comfortable. Another person I know who stayed in a capsule got free food and alcohol given to them, seems there are some out there with a lot of extras which could be worth researching.

Interesting experience first time after hotels, there are some + and some- of course. It’s a central district of Tokyo that never sleeps. Close to the metro and JR station, tons of food around.

Some of facilities didn’t work including showers and some toilets. The huge problem was washing machine they have, it’s not free, you pay for clean and dry in the result you get wet close that smells like pure water, so I have to go laundry again of course. They refuse to refund even washing company that owns this machine knows it has some problems
