My partner (25M) and I (25F) from Australia, stayed at this hotel from 13 to 20 December. We were greeted by friendly 'grandma' at the front reception. I was amazed that the hotel is very close to train station, post office, starbucks, don quijote, mcdonalds, and restaurants. During our first 4 nights, we stayed at the top floor with amazing views of skyscraper, sunlight hits different. The room was nice and clean and also very spacious. Toilet is very nice and so as the bathtub.

The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom and shower area was also big and it felt very comfortable to shower and take a bath. Check-in was straightforward; I don't think much English is spoken but the ladies were always super nice. Location is in our opinion the best part of this hotel- very close to the station and in a very bright and lively area with tons of great food (but just far enough that it's not too hectic).

The room was a little bit dusty in some areas (such as around the TV). The bed is a little small for two people to sleep in. The room isn't very sound proof- you can hear other guests or workers walking through the hallway and you can also hear the hallway music. There's only one channel on the TV.

Loads of things provided, like soap, shampoo, hairbrush, razors etc. Very good location and so close to the station. We stayed for four nights, went off to Mount Fuji for 2 nights, and then we came back for another night because it was so convenient.

The room is a bit small if you are staying for more than one or two nights. We had to use Google Translate a lot to communicate with reception (but that is our own fault for not speaking Japanese).

The location is top notch right in Tokyo korea town at the shin Okubo stop. Fantastic restaurants around very easy to get around the city on the Yamamoto line. Ladies at the front desk were friendly and happy to help.

Bed was a little uncomfortable bar next door could be loud late at night. You’re not staying here for a 5 star resort you’re probably broke like me doing a trip on a budget and this place was perfect for that.

I was initially concerned with how close it was to the train station but honestly the trains are so quiet we didn't hear a thing. The amenities in the room are great, a deep bath tub to relax after walking all day and it had a curler/Straightener, which honestly was great after 5 weeks of having a birds nest on top of my head. The two women I met on reception were incredibly sweet, they didn't speak any English and we spoke no Japanese but they were more than happy to use Google translate to communicate with us!

Good location in Shinjuku, easy to find , 1 min to the next station, clean and very spacious room, sweet lady at the front desk, helpful staff, amenities included

Shower could be slightly warmer (for some reason, the water in the sink can turn very much warmer than in the shower)

Renovated but still a little old. Some say the rooms' smell, but not in my staying. Easy access to 2 JR stations. The old lady in the front is so nice and patience. Cozy 2-nights overall.

Dust on the AC. Hot water take a little long to come.

The staff is very friendly. Respectful and accomodating.

The noise (minimal) and room smell, though we dont mind, but whenever we open the bathroom, theres always a sewer smell
