A lovely little capsule hotel! Very clean, and provided little things like toiletries, slippers, toothbrushes, etc that went above and beyond. The staff was friendly and helpful, and all in all it was a pretty perfect stay.
The only thing I disliked was that the light was on in the room the entire night-- though it wasn't super bothersome in itself, since the bunks had dark screens covering the openings, it seemed to encourage people being noisy late at night and very early in the morning which woke me up several times.

I liked that I received towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. I thought the bed was comfortable and overall, the facilities were clean to the amount of people in the same space.
I'd say the only thing I did not like was that I felt I could not speak aloud at all. Of course, this is my first time visiting a capsule hotel, but obviously, I needed to speak to people on the phone. I did not do this often but it was slightly uncomfortable because others I am sure could hear me for a brief moment. I also thought the capsule would have a different type of door (plastic one). Also, having to take the luggage in and out of the storage unit was a slight inconvenience. Though I understand their is limited space.

Stayed for a week. Very central, 5 mins to Shinjuku station. Well stacked with towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc, all included (some places I've been to charge for some of these). Staff were lovely and friendly and charged my pocket WiFi for me behind the desk. Would recommend. Bedrooms are locked via a lanyard which is required to gain access - felt safe. The lanyard going around your neck is a neat idea; far less likely to lose it. Kettle and microwave included if you want to make a quick snack. Clean and tidy.
The bed had only one USB slot, meaning that you had to choose what to charge overnight (phone, headphones, battery bank). Staff did kindly charge my pocket WiFi behind their counter.

Quite close to Shinjuku nightlife area already. The closest station is actually JR Okubo / JR Shin-Okubo. 3-4 min walk from either. Capsule is standard size Terrace area is actually pretty nice. 24 hour accessible washer dryer up there Restrooms are clean enough and you have wall hooks in all shower units so those are a nice plus. Locker is just right in front of your capsule and big enough for cabin-size bags (maybe a bit on the thinner cabin size bag). Towels and standard capsule amenities are provided
There are 2 shower sections. One with the shower+bathtubs (only 2 units), and another section with the wacky push timers in the units to keep the shower running. Great if you manage to get into the bathtub units. Super annoying if those are full and you have to use the save-your-water shower units.

Good value for your money, the capsules are roomy enough for anyone under 6 feet to comfortably fit, the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The best thing is you are well within walking distance of both the Yamanote Line station and all the interesting parts of Shinjuku.
If you have a long stay, you will need to ask if you want your sheets changed. The lockers won't hold very large luggage, though there are coin locker services nearby. Be aware that the hotel next to the new building is a love hotel and that you may get some people on the street approaching to solicit you.

The location is great, less than a 10-minute walk from JR Okubo Station and JR Shin-Okubo Station. It is a great hotel for those who have access to facilities in the Okubo area and have no problem staying in a capsule style hotel. The hotel facilities are in the capsule hotel style, which is common in Japan. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience a capsule hotel.
When I checked in, they took a copy of my ID card but did not explain what it would be used for. Also, no one other than Japanese nationals had their IDs photocopied. Since there is no information on how personal information is handled on the web page, I think that people who are concerned about the handling of personal information should not stay at the hotel.

The bed was SO comfortable. I slept like a baby. The facilities were also fairly clean despite how many people could fit in one floor. I also appreciated that they had a bunch of free travel amenities like hair ties, toothbrushes, etc. in the bathroom for people that forgot theirs. The building was pretty nice and looked new too.
As I spent a lot less than I was expecting, I didn't expect much. The only thing that was concerning was that the beds are only provided pull-down screens for privacy. I thought there'd be an actual capsule door with a lock or something. If anyone really wanted to, they could have opened my screen and taken my belongings. (There was no such incident.) Other than that... there wasn't really anything else that bothered me? The provided storage lockers were a little small so I definitely would not stay here if I had a big luggage.

The staff was very caring And they let you to keep your luggage before and after the check in and check out, very helpful Also the location was good, And it the individual cabins offer you privacy, And the common areas where clean, but the people were very dirty(guests)
It was jot really a proper common area, not fridge or anything were you could keep your own food, not kitchen to be precise, only like a seating area where to wait, or snack something, but not a proper common area itself You had to paid separately for washing machine and drier, and the drier didn’t work properly, so you have to use at least 2 times to make sure your clothes will dry which means you had to pay twice, and for that money i could use the train to go to another city

Location just outside of Shinjuku station is excellent. Unfortunately the hotel is two separate buildings and the one with the VIP room we booked for 2 persons was on the fourth floor, and has no elevator. This type of hotel is obviously not for tourists looking for a long term stay, so for a capsule hotel this is probably normal and not an issue, but for us, ending a two week trip with large heavy suitcases, it was not ideal. The capsules were as expected, but mattresses were very soft. Everything was clean, and staff were very helpful and respectful. Balcony area was great!
Shower was shared, small and did not allow water to run, you have to push a button over and over to keep water on.

The capsule was surprisingly comfortable, breathable due to air ventilation, I slept well. The staff was polite and kind. Great location in Shinjuku.
Sheets were not clean, I found hair and the sheets were a bit smelly. The toilets get really messy because of some irresponsible guests, especially in the morning and evening. I wish the staff cleaned it more often.
