A lovely little capsule hotel! Very clean, and provided little things like toiletries, slippers, toothbrushes, etc that went above and beyond. The staff was friendly and helpful, and all in all it was a pretty perfect stay.

The only thing I disliked was that the light was on in the room the entire night-- though it wasn't super bothersome in itself, since the bunks had dark screens covering the openings, it seemed to encourage people being noisy late at night and very early in the morning which woke me up several times.

Don’t mind the negative critics about the hotel. I liked this place. Women rooms are on next building. Lockers in rooms are very enough, even my 45 Lt backpack fit in. You took off your shoes when you enter and put it on locker. Location is amazing (malls, restaurants, second hand camera..), i searched a lot, 24 hour reception, a nice family runs the hotel and they help you always, They gave you a towel set, free tooth brush …. Electric system in japan is same as USA’s , so bring converter Beds were comfortable, you don’t have to leave at 10 am like other capsule hotels asks

There isn’t comment area, just tiny loby in enterance All i can say is bathroom was dirty, but its couse f…g people who don’t use garbage, can’t blame to hotel

Location was amazing right in Shinjuku, one of the most exciting neighbourhoods in Tokyo. After seeing Japanese pod/capsule beds online, I was so excited to finally try a pod of my own in Japan! Most of the pods in the room were occupied by Japanese individuals, who are extremely respectful and quiet! As someone who's from North America, I can be a bit loud at times so I I made sure to be on my best behavior, haha. The bathrooms were beyond my expectations, they almost felt high-end: with ample space, electronic toilets, and great lighting, free toothbrushes and hairdriers for use. My flight got delayed so I was allowed to keep my luggage in the lobby while I got an extra day in Shinjuku :)

I liked that I received towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. I thought the bed was comfortable and overall, the facilities were clean to the amount of people in the same space.

I'd say the only thing I did not like was that I felt I could not speak aloud at all. Of course, this is my first time visiting a capsule hotel, but obviously, I needed to speak to people on the phone. I did not do this often but it was slightly uncomfortable because others I am sure could hear me for a brief moment. I also thought the capsule would have a different type of door (plastic one). Also, having to take the luggage in and out of the storage unit was a slight inconvenience. Though I understand their is limited space.

Fantastic location close to Shinjuku railway station which makes getting around Tokyo very easy. Always very clean and the staff were very helpful. There are facilities to do laundry, costing 200¥ for washing and around 300¥ for drying. Detergent is provided which makes doing laundry on a long trip great.

Nothing - the pods were very comfortable and have an in built fan to cool them down a bit. Not too strong but makes a difference over the course of the night. I’d bring ear plugs as other guests can be noisy at times but that is of no fault of the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Just ask whatever you need and they will gladly help. The capsule bed is so comfortable that I just want to sleep. The facilities are clean and complete. Aside from that, the place is near the korean town. there are lots of restaurants available around and a Don Quijote nearby. If you want to get drunk in Shinjuku then this is the perfect place. The airport bus to narita and hamed are near because the place is near the Kabukicho tower. If you want to ride the metro the nearest is the Oedo line and next is the Marunochi line. They will allow you to check in early if the bed is already ok. What I love most is I was able to do my online class in the lobby because they have a work area there. Toilets are clean free shampoo conditioner and liquid soap. Towels and slippers can be changed everyday if you want to.

Some guests are messy and that's making this hostel messy. Sadly the tv is not working :(

Stayed for a week. Very central, 5 mins to Shinjuku station. Well stacked with towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc, all included (some places I've been to charge for some of these). Staff were lovely and friendly and charged my pocket WiFi for me behind the desk. Would recommend. Bedrooms are locked via a lanyard which is required to gain access - felt safe. The lanyard going around your neck is a neat idea; far less likely to lose it. Kettle and microwave included if you want to make a quick snack. Clean and tidy.

The bed had only one USB slot, meaning that you had to choose what to charge overnight (phone, headphones, battery bank). Staff did kindly charge my pocket WiFi behind their counter.

Quite close to Shinjuku nightlife area already. The closest station is actually JR Okubo / JR Shin-Okubo. 3-4 min walk from either. Capsule is standard size Terrace area is actually pretty nice. 24 hour accessible washer dryer up there Restrooms are clean enough and you have wall hooks in all shower units so those are a nice plus. Locker is just right in front of your capsule and big enough for cabin-size bags (maybe a bit on the thinner cabin size bag). Towels and standard capsule amenities are provided

There are 2 shower sections. One with the shower+bathtubs (only 2 units), and another section with the wacky push timers in the units to keep the shower running. Great if you manage to get into the bathtub units. Super annoying if those are full and you have to use the save-your-water shower units.

Good value for your money, the capsules are roomy enough for anyone under 6 feet to comfortably fit, the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The best thing is you are well within walking distance of both the Yamanote Line station and all the interesting parts of Shinjuku.

If you have a long stay, you will need to ask if you want your sheets changed. The lockers won't hold very large luggage, though there are coin locker services nearby. Be aware that the hotel next to the new building is a love hotel and that you may get some people on the street approaching to solicit you.

The location is great, less than a 10-minute walk from JR Okubo Station and JR Shin-Okubo Station. It is a great hotel for those who have access to facilities in the Okubo area and have no problem staying in a capsule style hotel. The hotel facilities are in the capsule hotel style, which is common in Japan. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience a capsule hotel.

When I checked in, they took a copy of my ID card but did not explain what it would be used for. Also, no one other than Japanese nationals had their IDs photocopied. Since there is no information on how personal information is handled on the web page, I think that people who are concerned about the handling of personal information should not stay at the hotel.
