Location was great! We were around the corner from a delicious bakery, steps away from the train station and main streets with different restaurants and about two blocks from a large, clean and fully stocked grocery store. The self check-in process was also great, especially as staff did respond in a timely manner.

One of the bedsheets appeared to have menstruation stains, which is a bit gross. The balcony also appeared to have someone else’s sock. For one day, we did not have hot water and there was a back and forth between staff telling us we aren’t pressing the functions correctly but we did and via multiple attempts from 3 different people at different times in the day. It worked again the next day but the cold shower was a bit stressful.

Location was good, near a train station to get to bigger stations with more transfers. Loved the shower, it was very clean with great water temperature and pressure. Loved that there were many towels provided, and room service provided when requested. A lot to do in Shinjuku but keep in mind most of that is a 15-25 minute walk away (or 1-2 train stops away). Area isn’t too noisy at night, we slept comfortably. Great air conditioning in room.

Room was tight/small, but that is to be expected in most of Tokyo. We made it work with three people, as we were gone most of the day and back at night to shower and sleep. Think of it more as an apartment room than a hotel. The room would be better for two people but three is doable if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in there besides resting at night.

The apartment is very clean and was very convenient for our stay in Tokyo as a family. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has just enough things to prepare simple meals. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the place feels very safe and is quiet at night. One thing to note is that this is not a hotel but rather what would be considered an airbnb. There is no reception or staff on site and it's all self-check-in and check-ou. There is no room service, cleaning, etc. available. Just keep that in mind in case you are planning to stay at an actual hotel vs. an airbnb. The apartment is located in a small two-storey building with a total of 4 self-served apartments. Again, great value for money, just not a hotel.

I don't think it should be called 'Rona Hotel' but rather 'Rona apartments' or similar. Just because it can be misleading to some travelers and it's not 100% clear from

It’s well equipped and organized, although the space is limited and we are three adults, we totally feel comfortable in our stay. Location is very good, close to subway and easy to reach attractions and dining places. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

It’s not a problem for us, just be aware that there is no elevator. I had some issues with booking system like received a spam message concern my credit card and received a message like “reservation not found” which worried me but after calling the hotel, the communication with staff reassured me.

It catered for our family of 4. Local metro train station very close. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Microwave was great for food bought from the local 7-11.

Very tiny. Lucky we are small People. It was very squishy with 4 suit cases. Could hear the people upstairs trampling around at all hours of the night. No elevator so the tight stairs was a challenge to get the luggage up to the 2nd floor.

value of money, staff were quick to reply via app messaging. good location close to subway station.

for foreigners who are not used to using keypad lock, instructions could be given. Wi-Fi password should also be provided at checkin.

Location was fantastic, the space was good but not great, was a bit of a tight squeeze for 3 people and 3 large suitcases. Staff were very responsive (as it’s a non-staffed hotel) and the facilities were very nice.

That there is a washing machine is a great positive but do note there isn’t a dryer and not much space to hang clothes to dry

The apartment had everything you needed . Was near a metro station one stop from Shinjuku but in a very quiet street.

Stairs upto room were narrow and hard work getting a suitcase up.. was tight space in the apartment for 3 people but it was manageable. It was Tokyo after all and people live in smaller spaces full time

Very clean hotel. No staff, so you check in at the kiosk downstairs. Close to the subway station and walking distance to kabukicho. Surprisingly comfortable bunk beds. Quiet area with lots of vending machines, 7-11s, family marts nearby. Washing machine and drying rack inside

Small rooms (but normal for Tokyo). No elevators, so slightly difficult to carry large luggages up the narrow stairway

Location!!! Safe and secure entrance. Clean! Clever well though out design. Quiet! Comfortable. Mattresses softer than most in Japan. Kitchen - we could make breakfast! Space - we moved the kitchen table and three of us could have our bags fully opened!

Fairly hard to find any! However more utensils, such as knives would be great!
