The price for accommodation especially at this location was very convenient. I had no problem during my stay and the communication with the personnel was perfect. I really enjoyed the "onsen" spa, however, I can imagine that a separate shower would be maybe more convenient for some travellers.

Actually, I didn't like the fact that you have to check out every day and there is no possibility of letting your things locked in the hotel, fortunately, the Shinjuku station with the coin lockers is just nearby. The lockers themselves could be also bigger, but it was ok.

Location! it is amazing to stay in Shinjuku, go out and visit the area. The place is big and spacious and the beds comfortable.

You have to check out everyday at 10 AM, even when you stay for a few days. You have to leave your shoes in a locker, give the key to the receptionist who will exchange it for another key... you need to do the reverse process to get out. This makes a quick in and out to the hotel impossible.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes from Shinjuku station, close to the Kabukicho/Golden Gai area. It is very safe, with bars and restaurants open til late. The capsules are comfortable with a TV and a fan, and it is cleaned every day. Other hosts respected silent time. The hotel provides amenities.

The hotel has no private showers, only the communal (public) ones that go together with the public baths. Hence, the floor may be very slippery. As with other capsule hotels, you need to check out every day, so may be inconvenient if you're bringing large baggage for a longer stay.

First time staying at a capsule hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The women's floor was quiet and clean. You are provided pajamas, towels, and slippers for your stay which can be found in the locker that corresponds to the capsule you are assigned. There is a lounge on the 4th floor along with vending machines.

Every day, you have to check out of the hotel by 10 am even if you are staying multiple nights. You can either leave your bags in the lobby (which is very small) or put them in a coin locker outside. Also there is no open bath for women, only men.

Incredible location, and very well thought out amenities. Pretty much everything you might need is in the hotel somewhere - hot water, food vending machines, laundry, luggage storage, work spaces. Plus the capsules themselves are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious with lots of body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, etc. The location is fantastic. Super close to the station, seconds away from Golden Gai and the busy hub or kabukicho. The staff here is very friendly and will really try to understand what you need and help you.

I think the luggage storage area on the women's floor needs a more thorough cleaning. The floor by the lockers always seemed a bit dirty, and there was a used pair of pyjamas on the windowsill the whole week I was there.

It has an onsen and sauna - not many capsule hotels do. The lounge area is nice and it's an awesome place to meet new people. Towels, pyjamas and all toiletries provided. Great location as it's 5 minutes walk to subway/JR lines. So many food options in the area and packed with convenience stores. What more could you ask for?

Mattresses could be a little thicker. Some staff are more friendlier than others and it's noticeable. Nothing else I didn't like really.

I loved the sauna and 3 pools. The sauna makes it worth it,. The three pools outside the sauna was a welcome twist.

I was not so keen on being woken up at 10 am every morning and made to get all my things and get out

You cannot beat the location for the price. It's about 50 feet from everything in the very heart of Shinjuku. It's also very easy to find. I also loved the onsen. I was just thrilled being able to 'pickle' myself in there at 3am with no issues. The lounge was also very inviting and comfortable.

The capsules are outdated, but whatever. You can live with that. The checkout system was a little bit annoying, but I overlooked it because the staff was just so friendly. It was impossible to be upset with them.

It’s at a very convenient area, you can basically have anything you want by walk with in 10 mins

It’s quite bothering every time when I need to go outside, I need to wait for the only elevator and sadly no stair options, also I need to switch keys at the counter…so be well thinking through on what you are going to do, or you will add more hassle during your stay.
