The nearest station was the JR Shinjuku Station (About 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel). Lawson and Family Mart (24/7) are pretty much located at every corner, no fear of getting hungry in the middle of the night! This hotel is also near clubs/bars so if you are into night scenes, than this is the place for you as you can simply walk home after drinking. The staff here are super helpful and friendly even though they are not that well-versed in English but we communicated fine with simple English. The facility is pretty clean and modern looking. Although the room is a little small but they have everything you need for a comfy stay (I stayed for 7 days). Will definitely re-visit this place again when I am travelling to Japan.

As the sound proofing is not as great, you might experience noises (Music playing/People talking or laughing loudly) coming from the Clubs/Bars nearby.

The location is very good. The hotel is within walking distance from Shinjuku station. You can get anywhere in Tokyo from there.

Kabukicho is full of life every night. If you're into that, you are going to love it. However, if you're planning to get some restful sleep, think twice. The area can get very noisy and is filled with light.

The staff, they’re very helpful, very accommodating, polite. They’re the best :)

We did not like the way how they handle about cleaning the room, we understand that cleaning is important, but u should know that we are in vacation, we want our slow days, Just being lazy inside the room is what we want when we don’t book a tour, I hope that we have a choice , if we don't want the cleaning, i hope we can just let them know and say no, but it feels like they force us. That they must clean and it’s not fun, its stressful that u have to go coz they will clean.

It was in the heart of Shinjuku, which means easy access to all the shops nearby however it does mean you are in the busiest part of Tokyo so can be full on! It's a 5 minute walk from Shinjuku station and right down stairs is the heart of it all! For location reference it's right next door to Toho cinema where the famous Godzilla is! So yes it's very much central!!

The rooms itself are typical Japan rooms which means TINY If you are travelling with more than 2 suitcases you will struggle to fit them in the room And if you're a bigger person the toilet may be tricky too as it's right up against the wall on your right side

Surprisingly very clean considering the location which is in the middle of Kabuki cyo. it’s trust worthy business hotel brand in Japan. (And I personally respect the owner Fumiko san! )

Defiantly very squeezy for couple + baby or big size people lol (FYI My hubby and I are small size Asians so it was okay for us). And you need to know where are lifts at Shinjuku station and how to walk from the station. I recommend you grab a taxi from station and when you catch the bus at Basuta Shinjuku to airports, especially if you have luggage. Anyways if you on the budget and you wanna experience Kabukicyo vibes, worth it.

Centrally located for access to most shopping in Shinjuku and train stations. Good cleaning staff and helpful reception staff who changed our room for us after we couldn't sleep due to loud music screen across the road.

One side of the building faces a screen that plays loud music 24/7 that you can hear inside the room, even during sleep. Very limited air con controls - whether it is hot or cold is set by the building. Also, what seems like very opinionated essays at best, propaganda at worst, by the owner(s) family as decoration in the room, a bit unecessary

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the heart of Shinjuku, just a block or two away from some of the best attractions in the city, and only a short walk from Shinjuku station. The room and price were also great!

The restaurant downstairs where they served breakfast wasn't my favorite. The one morning I decided to try it there was very little food selection, and what was there was mostly cold. Didn't bother me since I wasn't really counting on eating breakfast here, but maybe worth mentioning for someone else.

Perfect location, and a great place to stay if you and a close friend want to enjoy the heart of Shinjuku together but prefer comfort. The staff were quick and wasted no time while also being polite, and the showers had a little tub which was a nice little surprise. When you check out there is a convenient little machine that you can quick check out your room key to. -

-There's only one elevator and no non-emergency stair access. -Visited on a weekday. The resteraunts doesn't open till an hour after checkout. -i mean- it's not a huge room but doesn't rlly need to be.

The room was small, but well furnished and clean. The free wifi was absolutely fine for all my needs. The hotel's location may not be great for some people's tastes (think late night scene), but it's well positioned for food and drink and the stations to visit other places like Shibuya are easily within walking distance.

Honestly, there's nothing I look back on and say "that could be better". I got value for the price I paid.

Location was absolutely unbeatable. Middle of Kabukicho, surrounded by restaurants, and an easy walk to the station. Vivid nightlife area, and great fun.

Room was very small. Barely larger than the double bed. This is to be expected I guess, given the area, but it was even small by Japanese standards, and the price is not cheap. We could only open one suitcase at a time, as there wasn't enough room for any more (And someone had to sit on the bed, or we had to open them on the bed). Location is everything here.
