Great location away from the Main Street so actually quiet. Very friendly staff, excellent shower and air conditioning. Plenty of power outlets including USB ports for charging. Want to mention again location despite some other travellers saying its in the busy area so its noisy this is not the case. The hotel is in a small quiet section which is one block away from the main area so we had no issue with noise whatsoever. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location still quiet but close to main area and close to Shinjuku Train Station easy 10 minute walk with luggage. Also the hotel is brand new so its modern and clean!

Room was small but that's standard for Japan. Would have been nice if Fridge was left to the on position. Didnt realise it wasn't on until the next day so nothing was cole

The location is just on the edges of the bright lights and action in Shinjuku, which was perfect! Breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious by Tokyo standards. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. The water pressure was perhaps most impressive - by far the most water pressure in the shower that I've ever had. It was wonderful!

The location was a little far from the train station and drop-off point for the Haneda airport limousine - quite a hike if you're lugging your bags through Shinjuku.

Room a bit small

The area itself may not be well suited for families, but the hotel definitely exceeded expectations. You get a lot of value for your buck, most likely due to where it's situated. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Everything was great except for a smell that was in the lobby and amenity area (laundry, lounge, smoking room area). It almost smelled like trash to me. I also used the laundry available, but it did not dry my clothes thoroughly even after multiple attempts. My friends clothes in the other machines also did not dry at all. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for what you pay.

The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Shinjuku. There's 24/7 convenience stores everywhere you turn your head. The hotel is new and modern. Very clean with a nice lounge, laundry room, vending machines, and amenities. While the rooms are small, the bathrooms are quite a nice size with a big shower space.

The pillows were really uncomfortable. You get 2. One is too soft so doesn't support your neck enough. The other is way too hard so hurts your neck. We both got neck pain from them. Please change the pillows!

The staff were very helpful and polite. Check-in and check-out was simple, and it was nice to be greeted by the staff whenever entering or leaving the hotel. It made us feel very welcome during our 9-night stay. The room was bigger than I expected and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning is at a very high standard. The hotel has laundry facilities on site, with no-fuss washer/dryers in one that dispense their own laundry detergent. The height of the building and large illuminated branding made it really easy to find when walking back to the hotel. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I would definitely book here again.

Stayed in king Japanese room. Haven’t stayed in Tokyo before but it was quite nice for it’s mid range price. Rooms made good use of space, charging ports everywhere etc (bring international adapters as now usb ports). Shower is like a sauna room, closes of from toilet, pretty cool. King Japanese beds is on floor but comfy, V tight around bed. Area is pretty much central red light district/party but super close to everything so really recommend; just pay attention to your surroundings. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

Breakfast was a bit bland for western; continental just croissants and some fruit but coffee machine is really good. Worth it if you want to fuel up before a big day and not have to find somewhere everyday.
