The room was cozy and well equipped. I especially likedthe onsen on the property. The spread was good enough for breakfast. It is located within 10 mins walking distance from the Shinjuku Station. Decent shopping around the area.

As good as the location is, it is set a street away from the sleezy red light district. Fortunately, it only comes alive whenthe sunsets.

Rooms are small but considering the location and the price it’s fair. It’s small but the attention to detail exceeded my expectation. The facilities in the hotel are also great, hot bathing room, buffet breakfast with great selections, and staffs are very friendly. If you come to Tokyo for vacation and most of the time you are out for sight seeing, this hotel is perfect for you.

Only one lift, during busy time it could take you some time to get on.

excellent location in a quiet part of Kabukicho in Shinjuku, 2 mins work from Kabukicho Tower where is the main bus terminal to/from Narita or Haneda airport yet it’s only few mins walk to the heart of the fun & action in Kabukicho. The breakfast service & onsen are great facilities, lovely mature Japanese lady at breakfast hall very hard for the guest.

The room is a bit tired, it’s no updates inside since my last stay 12yrs ago, the bed is uncomfortable and the pillar is made of paper beads filling, we had to have it changed to a normal foamed pillow. the double mattress is bare without a cover laying on the floor that doesn’t look very nice. Breakfast could be very busy, food run out at 8:15….

Overall I had a very good experience. #1 for me it's having a dark room and they had a shade that completely blocked all the light. The property was lovely and close to a lot of action, and my favorite part about it was the onsen. I'm not exactly sure what their tattoo policy is, but I have a lot of tattoos and nobody bothered me, in fact I rarely ran into others in the onsen at all. They offered a great little packet of skin care products when I checked in. They also had a lovely breakfast buffet with many options.

The mattress and pillows aren't the most comfortable. Also, I'm not sure if they could do much about this one, but the elevator was quite slow.

The staff and facilities were all fantastic. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel through a shipping service, we only needed to provide the address and pay the hotel for the shipment. Their coin laundry was easy to use and much more cost efficient than going to a laundry mat. The breakfast was included with our stay and there were many choices for food if you have particular tastes for the morning. My husband said the onsen was nice and empty most of the days he visited. They had alternating hours for men and women with some buffer room between them. For how close the hotel is to the major nightlife areas, the block around the hotel and the hotel itself was very quiet. We never heard anyone in the rooms adjacent to us and rarely heard anyone in the hallway. The hotel was just a 10 to 15 minute walk to a couple different metro/train stations which was perfect for our sightseeing plans.

The room was a little bit tight. It would be the perfect amount of room if you only have 1 or 2 bags but we had 4 total. I would still choose this tight room with such great facilities and service over many other hotels. The location might not be to some people's liking. It is on the edge of the entertainment/nightlife district, which is pretty empty in the morning but packed at night and a little loud compared to most of Tokyo.

The rooms were quiet and the pin system to enter the rooms was a clever idea. It was a nice gesture to offer free drinks and croissants in the evening with relaxing music. The onsen was a nice touch and handy to relax after walking a lot. The location was good and fun to have a baseball batting cage next to it. The laundry facilities were helpful and affordable.

The breakfast area was a bit small and most of the time it was crowded. The rooms were a bit small and only having one lift was time consuming.

Good location in Shinjuku, right at the heart of everything. Liked the code locks on the door which avoid the potential of losing keys. The onsen allows guests with tattoos, but Japanese guests *will* stare at you, haha. The free drinks and breakfast are a nice extra. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Staff are lovely and accommodating!

Onsen is tiny but as it was a nice extra that didn't bother us too much. Rooms are small which isn't great if you have a lot of luggage. You can hear other people unlocking their doors at night as the touch pads have a loud beep. Sometimes a long wait for the lift. No bath in our room.

Free breakfast was really good. Great variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. It was good to have the opportunity to try some Japanese dishes for the first time (like the natto - that was very good). The staff were also very nice and accomodating. Room was small but cozy. Convenient location-only a 10 min walk to Shinjuku Station and Shin-Okuba Station. Nice location to be able to explore the lively streets of Shinjuku at night and easily return home.

It was not a major issue, but it does seem strange that there was only one elevator for the entire 14 floors. Again, it wasn't that bad, but did have to wait a bit longer at certain times.

Great location in the middle of Kabukicho in Shinjuku. The breakfast is quite decent also. And everything is built around efficiency. You use a code to get into the room. No keycard. Room is small and spartan as this is a budget hotel in a very central location. Korean streets/town is about a block away also. I expected it to be loud at night but surprisingly the room was very quiet at night. I only hear the AC fan. Maybe because I was on the 11th floor. Another surprise is the pillow is super comfortable. They have these balls-filling pillow that has the perfect firmness.

Nothing much. Maybe the room can be a little bigger but it was enough for me. I do not feel uncomfortable.
