Perfect location (located in office district, which means quiet at night, close to convenience and supermaket-maruetsu petit-, variois subway line station) - I also walk to Tokyo station to take Sinkansen which just take less than 20 min through main arcade street.

Though my reservation was for non-smoking, I can smell some smoke through ventilation hole in bath. But well, it was okay cause the window can be opened, and also there was a air circulation machine in my room.

Good value for money! The room has everything you need, and the location is excellent. The closest station is a 5-minute walk away, there are two more stations within 10 minutes, and Tokyo Station is only about 15 minutes away. There is also a convenience store practically next door and lots of nice places to eat around.

It doesn't really count as a complaint, but they provide a fresh robe and new room slippers every other day, which I didn't need (because I didn't use). If there were a simple way to communicate that I don't want these things, that would be great!

Able to get in on a last minute (the day before) booking due to a flight change. When I booked, it looked as though I could only have a smoking room but the staff were able to change me to a non-smoking room. Great location, close to multiple train stations. The staff were very helpful - they didn't speak as much English as other places I stayed in Japan but I was able to navigate making a phone call and asking for chopsticks with my basic Japanese (after all, we are in Japan!). The rooms and bed were comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Room small but functional, fair range of choices for breakast buffet style, location great close to subway and a 20 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Found the room to be quiet. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Wi-fi security appeared to be a problem for our devices, room fit out was dated and found the mattress not overly comfortable

Feels like an authentic Japanese business travelers’ inn. As a Westerner and first timer in Japan it was fun to catch a glimpse. I liked it so much I will stay there again in the future.

WiFi could be better and more consistent. Sometimes it worked; sometimes it didn’t.

Very close to the metro line and 15 min walk to Tokyo main station. Very nice staff, clean room and good service in general like everywhere in Japan. They also helped us to send our luggage to our next destination.

Everything was ok. Maybe the fridge could have had a freezer and it would have been a bit bigger but that was our choice to choose a small room

Convenient location close to Ningyo-cho station on the Asakusa subway line with direct connections to Haneda and Narita airports. A bit of a walk to Tokyo station.

Had to catch a taxi there from Haneda airport as public transport seems to largely end at midnight.

Good buffet breakfast, polite staff, good location (1 train station is about 5 mins walk east and Tokyo station is about 20 mins west), lots of convienience stores nearby.

Strong cigarette smell in corridor (it was a smoking room, but still) and wasn't too clean in there either. Slightly smaller than I expected also

Extremely close to transport as well as multiple places to eat. Safely walked around at night with no issues.

Room was a bit small when suitcase was open, however I was able to fall asleep with the window open with no issues.

Comfortable, cozy enough for short stays en central Tokyo.

The room was quite small, as was the bathroom. Check-in and check-out is fully automated, which in itself is fine, but you’re interacting with a machine in front of a receptionist which makes everything a little awkward and unnecessary.
