Breakfast was interesting with cheese platters, fresh veg ad fruit, breads and butter/jam. However it was repetitive as we stayed for 6nights, although you could ask the reception for like scrambled eggs and they would give it to you freshly made.

The plugs in different rooms were different, also the sizes of the rooms, are all varying. Like we were 5 girls who booked and each one had a different room, even though we all selected/paid for the same room. Which is strange but also pleasantly surprising.

I was very pleased to stay in the hotel, one of the most beautiful things is as if you are in your home, the staff is very cooperative, one of the best reception team is Mr. Taha and Mr. Fouad, their treatment is wonderful and they always seek to help, the hotel rooms are wonderful, they are a mixture between the past and the present in a good way Great breakfast, always warm shower water, there is a spa inside the hotel that you can use for a small price

the receptionist Mohammad was very helpful and friendly. the hotel is very cosy you feel that you are in a real home not a hotel i really like it.

towels wre clean but they are very old, they need to buy new towels. the room is somehow clean but it need some air refreshers. They have to buy new bed mattress and new pillows they were not very comfortable. services compared to the price i thought i will find something better. the breakfast was not very good they can improve it.

The location provided easy access to the airport, The breakfast was good and there is a great Lebanese restaurant just across the road - and the hotel has a bar attached so a cold beer is waiting after a day out visiting the local sites. It was good value for money and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel isn't fancy, but it's good value for money and comfortable.

This was our last nights accommodation in Jordan having traveled around for a week. On arrival at the Guest House they had upgraded us to a suite. I can only say it was amazing and totally unexpected. The room was amazing, comfortable and just what we needed. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for breakfast because of an early flight. I would stay here again and happily recommend it.

We arrived in Amman pretty late, almost 3AM but the staff member at the reception was extremely helpful and no issue on the time. Location is good as not in the city centre as we wanted to be a bit away from it, especially having a renting car. Uber to Citadel was only 3JOD and distance wise only 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

The staff was so nice, kind and helpful, whenever you call they attend immediately, i recommend this hotel strongly.

The WiFi was not working properly in the rooms. They tried to fix it but the signal remained weak in the living room, and no signal in the bedrooms

I would like to specifically thank Azar from housekeeping for his excellent service and the all the reception staff , the chef was amazing very generous and friendly. Over all tge staff was above and beyond!

The staff individuals, especially Mr. Fouad, are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The facilities are very clean and the location is superb. I highly recommend staying at the guest house, which felt like a real house rather than a hotel!

the customer service was exceptional and the location is great the staff is above and beyond ! this Hotel is a walking distance from a couple of restaurants under 2 miles to get to  one of the largest malls in jordan Mecca mall and the famous Ghosha street were you kind find a lot of shawarma spots !
