We had a great stay at this hotel, mum had a surgery & we had to extend our stay for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful,polite,caring & professional starting from Mr. Ahmad salim the receptionist to Mais & Fadi from the housekeeping, the security men & the restaurant waiter & chef. Truly what a great team this hotel has! Food is always fresh and delicious , rooms are always clean, great location & easy access to everything you might need( dryclean,pharmacy, supermarket). Great experience & would definitely stay again at this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Farha at the receipts, and I must say, her service was exceptional. Farha’s attention to detail and efficiency in handling my receipts were truly impressive. She was not only incredibly thorough but also very patient, taking the time to answer all my questions with a smile. Farha’s professionalism and dedication to her work made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. I really thank Farha for her outstanding service and commitment to excellence. She is a true asset to the team!

Tastefully decorated and quite modern. Surprisingly good standard. Quiet and with good underground parking. Tasty breakfast

Enormous bed pillows twice the thickness of a standard pillow. So uncomfortable.

I am tired of hotels in the area who have paid someone to write 5* reviews, have great photos, but are actually flea pits. This hotel matches it's description - it is nice. I am regularly in Amman for business, but travel with my family. This is a clean, tidy, mid range hotel at a good price. The service from staff was exceptional - we asked for help multiple times and always the help was quick and efficient. Breakfast was good for the price.

It is a mid range hotel so there is no pool, gym etc, but we never use them anywhere. The only issue we faced was getting in and out the car park as the guy responsible wasn't always around so we had to move the bollards ourselves. Hardly the biggest issue, but worth mentioning because the hotel is on street parking nearby is impossible during the daytime. I would also suggest to the hotel that a little sign at breakfast saying the extras available would help e.g. omlettes or hot milk for the coffee. It is a small thing but we only knew to ask because we travel in the area a lot.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and available in case of problems or requests.

The shower glass and the curtain cord in our room need a fix. The staff was very quick to help us once we reported the problems, but they did not solve them completely.

Very friendly staff, rooms cleanness, Located next to many famous restaurants also grocery and pharmacy, private parking. I would like to express my appreciation to Hotel GM Mr. Fadi for his hospitality and cooperation also Mr. Abed for his patience and his efforts to make my stay comfortable , also big thanks to Ms. Mais from housekeeping for her assistance.

The hotel is a bit further from the city center, but in a convenient location. It is in a smaller street and therefore is very quite. There is a small convenience store and a lovely coffee shop close by. The house keeping was every day and they provided complementary water bottles. Breakfast is relatively simple (middle eastern style) but tasty and satisfied me.

The floors could have been cleaned better (both room and corridors). Also would be nice to be provided hotel slippers (as the floor is tiled)

I've stayed at Compass Hotel several times and have always had an excellent experience. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful surroundings and an exceptional staff, especially receptionist Mr. Ahmed was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and stylish and offers great service, and my room was well-equipped and comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

The breakfast was very good and abundant reflecting the Middle Eastern cuisine. It was excellent. The head person over the breakfast and restaurant was exceptionally helpful and nice. His name I think starts with a "G" ( but am not sure.) He really made our eating experiences exceptionally good.

The room could have used more toilet paper as we had to request rolls almost daily. Also, a request for more towels was never answered. No drinking glasses in the bathroom.
