Almond Hotel Apartments

We were there for 2 nights. The room was big, the breakfast was ok. The location was not that important for us, as we had a rental car. Overall it was good value for the price we payed.

The hotel is not that clean, even the hallway.

The apartments are a good size for Amman and have the basics needed. The small balcony is a bonus. The kitchenette is very basic and would be better if it had a cutting board and knife to cut vegetables and dish washing soap and sponge etc. but good enough to prepare some simple meals with an electric cook top and oven. Ahmad at reception is very kind and helpful. There are supermarkets and shopping areas a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is a good selection of mostly Arabic breakfast choices but there is eggs, toast cereal options also.

My apartment was a little tired! A little maintenance is needed. The curtains were falling down and torn in both the lounge and bedroom. Also, the carpet is the bedroom is worn out in places. Bed a little hard for my liking but OK for short stays.

Very large comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was nice and varied. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful! She even helped print our boarding passes for us.

Shower was quite cold.

-The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful especially Ms. Bayan and Mr. Mohamed. -Location is great and very quiet. -Cleanliness and service are excellent and fully consistent with the description. -Kitchen facilities are excellent: kettle, oven, cooker and fridge. Breakfast is very good, rooms service is very good too and every day they provide drinking water and Nescafe

The barking of the neighbor's dog was the worst thing, Of course the hotel staff did their best to solve the problem and there was a great improvement. The lighting is a bit dim The double room is small and there is not enough space between the bedroom and the kitchen The view is a little bit frustrating

Location is perfect. Room size is very good. Staff are very friendly

The hotel apartment is four floors, we were located in the 4th floor. Unfortunately on the roof is water pumps which starts automatically every few minutes and causes big noise 😕. The management of the hotel couldn't make any thing to this problem of course. At night such noise is really very disturbing. Other problem was the A/C in the master bedroom. While I reported it many times but they didn't repair it.

Location of the hotel was great,close to all of our needs such as Restaurants,shopping malls and Cafes. Taxi stands were clise by.Staff were very welcoming and friendly.I would definetly go there again..

Everything was available there was nothing to complain.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by your staff during my recent stay at your hotel. The room was outstanding, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I cannot thank the staff enough for their help and kindness. I was particularly impressed by the top general manager's attention to detail and their efforts to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Their hands-on approach was evident throughout the hotel, and it made all the difference. I would like to suggest that the hotel opens the outdoor café, as it was an exquisite setting and I would love to spend some more time enjoying the beautiful views while sipping on a cup of coffee. Once again, thank you for making my stay an unforgettable one. I look forward to returning soon and will be recommending your hotel to all my friends.

We checked in at 1am on the 6th the check in process was absolutely smooth and we got the room we had booked for. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We spoke to the receptionist her name was ( Bayan ) she helped us with places to see around Amman and how to get there . Breakfast Buffet was good and had a decent amount of food choices mostly comprising of local food

The hotels provides only 2 500ml bottles of drinking water per day after which it’s charged 1JD , but there is a store near by from where you can purchase a pack of 12 drinking water bottles (500 ml) for 2JD A few more international options could be provided in the breakfast menu.

An excellent property. Definitely worth the money. It is a quiet, new, and clean building located in a convenient, safe, and pleasant neighborhood. An easy walk to the 6th circle, which is surrounded by everything you need in Amman. It takes Careem and Uber 3-5 minutes tops to get there. Plus, they have their own parking garage. So if you drive, no need to worry about finding a spot. Jabal Amman and Downtown are 12 - 15 minute drive away when there isn’t traffic. So If you dig living in the hustle and bustle of Amman, I recommend this place. My apartment was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the necessities that I needed; a perfect setup for a short or long stay. Very clean and comfortable furniture; especially the bed. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, generous, responsive, and accommodating. They offered me complementary Turkish coffee and knafeh. Felt like home. Bayan and Amr were very kind and welcoming. The Wi-Fi is stable and reliable. The water pressure is perfect. The closet is large and clean. I completely recommend this place for solo travelers, couples, and families.

While I completely enjoyed my stay, there was one minor inconvenience; there aren’t a dining table or a microwave at my apartment. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and I will certainly be staying there again.

Breakfast was really good. Hotel has a private parking which is not large, but we found a free space to park our car every time. Staff is friendly, we really appreciate that room service cleaned our room and provided us with bottled water daily. Beds were super comfy to sleep in. All in all - we slept in multiple hotels during our trip to Jordan, and this was one of the best we had.

Wifi could be better. Hotel room had sockets that were supposed to handle ungrounded EU/US plugs (if I understand them correctly), but most of our EU plugs didn't fit them (even the hotel's hairdryer didn't fit those sockets). We had multiple socket adapters, but the room had only a single socket that we were able to use our adapter on (it was a type G socket), so we used all of our electronics on that single socket. Not really a bad thing, but just a minor thing to keep in mind. :)
