The breakfast is great, worth paying for staying here. The location is very accessible, you can take a taxi cab easy. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, can attend right away to your concerns. The internet connection is very good, though at first there is a bit problem, but when I told them that the router is not working, right away they fixed it.

There are no sleepers provided in the room.

There are nice and clean rooms that are logistically good choices if you plan to go to the city center or continue to Jerash or other cities. Do not expect a walkable environment, but expect a nice and comfortable place after a long trip or before going for one, especially if you rent a car. Good breakfast and clean and new facilities.

The guy at the gate sees you entering with all luggage in one hand and the baby in the other hand but continues to play with his mobile. I carried all my stuff no thanks to him.

I would like to state that we are satisfied with the location of the hotel, you can go to many places easily and in a short time. I could not imagine the staff to be so helpful, they are ready to help you in every way. And they are so good at it that they follow your satisfaction. The rooms are big enough and most importantly clean, and the comfort is very successful. The breakfast is prepared with a wide variety and care, so you can eat delicious food. If you have a car, there is a parking area. We left the hotel with great satisfaction, it can always be preferred when traveling to Amman.

Shower equipment can be repaired or replaced.

Reception staff who checked that everything was up to standard on check out. The location is very convenient for restaurants etc. although the hotel has 2 restaurants. The bedroom had everything necessary for a confortable stay: coffee and tea, mini fridge, toiletries, drinking water, a/c etc.

The whole experience from the very start was absolutely amazing. All of the staff and the manager Rasim offered great service, were very friendly, and made our stay here nice and smooth. They helped us with transfers for Petra and the airport and catered to our every need. I would definitely go here again!

The location of the hotel is excellent and on a main street, as it is close to commercial centers, shops and restaurants. Its location is considered one of the most prestigious areas in the capital, Amman, and in front of the hotel there is a bus that connects you to the city center and it has its own free parking

The reception area of ​​the hotel is large and beautiful, the room is very clean and tidy, and the breakfast they have is very tasty and varied.

The stuff are excellent and friendly. Check in was quick and smooth. Room was very clean and it has all needed facilities. Restaurant on the rooftop was excellent actually we just had breakfast there and it was nice. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for clean accommodation without paying too much. Thanks again for every thing .

We stayed in the Retaj hotel for one night at the end of our trip to Jordan. Although it is a short 15 minute drive from the historic centre of Amman we were closer in location to the airport. The room was spotless and had beautiful decor. The breakfast was plentiful and had a variety of options and the staff were welcoming and kind. Overall 10/10 for room, price and stay!
