Loved the location. The quality and value for money was excellent. I loved that it has 2 or 3 restaurants adjacent to it. Not to mention the various cafes around it. For the ladies, there are salons and nail studios just walking distance. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and so kind to help me with my stay. Whether it was suggestions, accommodating requests or just super friendly. This is my go-to place to stay in Amman from now on!

Adding a microwave in the rooms could make it a little easier for guests. Especially those with kids and can easw with reheating the food. If not in every room, in the common breakfast area would be nice. The bathroom could use an upgrade as well.

The hotel is located in a very nice upscale area (All the Jewels shops nearby !) but most importantly a good choice of coffee-shops and nearby restaurants; a branch of a famous supermarket chain is also close, with long working hours, which is very useful

I did not give the full rating for the staff; this is due to one particular gentleman at the counter (morning to noon shift): He was not particularly helpful as he kept telling us the room will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and in fact we had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour and the half. I am not against the fact that hotels have check-in times and we arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I did not like that he kept promising the room will be ready "soon, in few minutes" when in fact we had to wait for a long time to get the keys.

The rooms were very comfortable and room service was too notch . They were there at my beck and call & were very kind and attentive  The bed was very comfortable especially the pillows . I liked the fact that they had a restaurant/ bar ( Murphy’s) with a garden .

I would like to see more attention to detail. The sink in the bathroom is discolored & has dents and marks . One would think it’s dirty while it’s not . It definitely needs maintenance . Hopefully they can change the bidet to a water hose

Firstly the warm and kind reception we received was appreciated, the staff were always smiling and happy to help and provide any information we needed. We booked our petra tour through the hotel for a good price. Our bedroom was comfortable, clean and spacious . The shower was warm and easy to use. We had a safe and mini fridge in our room. The location is in a safe area with a lovely coffee shop called mikel across the road. We enjoyed Murphys House of rock in the hotel , an Irish bar that served tasty food. The breakfast room was good.

If you are a sensitive sleeper, the street can be quite noisy during the night with music and cars .

I wanted to mention that there's a girl named Hadil at the reception who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She always had a smile on her face and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities, and the location was fantastic. Overall, it was a positive experience.

When I come to Amman I usually book at the Conroy. So this was not my first time at the hotel, mainly because of it's great location, has a pub and a restaurant connected to the hotel. In front of the golden gate ( compound with many coffee shops). The staff are also always very friendly and cooperative.

Renovation would definitely be recommended, especially for the bed.

Hotel was very clean included community areas, restaurant and room. . Staff was very helpful and pollite. Easy check-in. Realiable Wi-Fi. Very secure neighbourhood. You can findmany coffes, pastries and restuarants around the hotel. Transportation that the hotel organized from the airport to the acoomodation was excellent! Breakfast was rich enough to find your choice. Hotel was over my expectation. It is great value for the price. I will choose Conroy the next time, surely. Hotel gives you higher service than the 3 stars mean.

Irining facility that I was provided was disappointing. Even I requested quiet room I got the one that was facing to the street which was quite noise. Transportation from the hotel to the airport was behid the one I got during my arrival - cab smelled smoke, a little bit dirty and it was late - I think it is not the hotel's mistake, more the company that provided the service.

Lovely hotel, well decorated and rooms felt very fresh and spacious. Showers were great! Tea and coffee and toiletries in the room. Good wifi. Location is great, only 3 JOD Uber from Amman centre. Valet will park your car for free nearby on the street if you have one. Great bar in the hotel too with lovely beer. Staff very friendly.

Some bathrooms needed a little improvement, but were fine overall. There was building work when we were there which mean a lot of banging in the day, and it started a bit early.

The property was in a decent area. Friendly staff. The room is very comfortable, and the size is quite good, the bed is very comfortable. We used UBER for transportation to the city center and back. Daily room cleaning and free bottles of water are provided in the room.

Breakfast started at 7 am, but wasn't all prepared for that time, always missing something and then we needed to wait. The sink was leaking in the bathroom and the bathroom needs some updating.

Staff is very helpful, very close to the Garden Gate Mall, with cash points. Nice Bar and Coffee Place, although they were closed for Ramadan, nevertheless the Excellent Salad Food shop round the corner was open. Provide taxi service to the airport at an extra cost, but reasonably priced. You can open the windows for fresh air.

The shower tray could be improved, as water came out onto the bathroom floor. Should provide free water in the rooms (1JOD is expensive when you can buy it outside for 0.25 JOD).
