The Renion Residence Hotel is an excellent choice for families seeking the comforts of a home within a hotel setting. The rooms come equipped with a mini kitchen and all necessary utensils for preparing lunch or dinner. Spacious, neat, and clean, the rooms provide a pleasant stay. The hotel staff and front office executives are exceptionally polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delightful and varied, with two to three main dishes changed daily, thanks to the chef's expertise. Guests with south-facing rooms can enjoy views of the snowy mountains. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience.

The hotel maintains good cleanliness standards, offering complimentary slippers and essential toiletries. Room cleaning is prompt upon request, indicated by the 'make up your room' sign, and fresh slippers are provided with each cleaning. If you have early tours and miss breakfast, simply inform the reception, and they will prepare a packed lunch for you. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, rating it 9/10. Please note that the toilet does not have a bidet, and there is no AC, which could be uncomfortable in summer, so it's advisable to check before booking. Additionally, late check-out is possible until 13:30. Regarding the pillows, they are thin, and it would be appreciated if more were provided. Wifi is the best!

The staff was very helpful. The guy in the lobby helped us to take our luggage from the taxi and then register and take us to our room. We were with kids, and they tried to help us with everything. When I approached them for the teapot, they immediately sent it to our room. The guy in the registration helped to order the taxi. The breakfast was rich with various fruits and food.

The only thing I would ask them to pay attention to is the temperature in the room. It was a little cold for us. I tried to turn on the heater because we had a baby and it was raining the whole night, but it didn't work. I was too lazy to approach the reception at night.

A spacious flat-like room, clean and with a full set of toiletries, a comfy bed, quiet area, 16 km from the airport. There is a number of shops round the corner and a large park for a stroll. Staff is polite and helpful.

Breakfast is hot, but could be more variable, as becomes a bit boring if you stay for a week. Some wear-and-tear in the internal decoration.

Had a lovely stay at the renion residence travelled from the UK for a 5 day stay in almaty....hotel is clean tidy and very comfortable and having a room with an fully equipped kitchen was perfect with having a one year old.... the best thing about our stay was the staff they were amazing they were so attentive and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them never experienced service like it it was first class....

The location was good, near the church . Also cooking options were good.

Communication in English was a problem. Also, they could have not charged for a single piece of butter for my child. I don't think they were technically wrong,but you could always give a butter to a child. Also they forgot to close the ventilation window of the standard room in which we were for the previous night,which made the room too cold to sleep.

It’s a nice hotel with a gym and a SPA-zone included in price (2 shallow swimming pools, warm and cold, a sauna and a hammam, that work 10:00-22:00, very nice and convenient to use). The hotel apartment is spacious, has a kitchen and a full-size fridge, heating/Cooling room air system. A huge supermarket is right in front of the hotel. 2 parks around make your leisure time fulfilled.

The place is not well organized. I would like to see more hooks in the SPA shower cabins. There is no place to keep your dry clothes to change after swimming. The same about the apartment. There’s a lot of unused space. There could be more shelves and hooks in the bathroom. Also should be something to hang wet clothes. There’s also no step-free access to the hotel. But the staff helps with strollers and old people. I would build a lift from outside, that leads inside through the Kids room. It would be much more useful. We stayed 14 nights, and had 2 kids with us and a 85-years old grandmother visiting us, so it was a hassle with all these stairs.

We loved almost everything. The rooms are spacious, housekeeping is top-notch, hearing systems in the rooms are good, the kitchen is well-equipped, the heated pool in the hotel is really awesome, breakfast is good, and the staff is attentive. The hotel also has a kids play room, sauna, stream room. It's definitely a great place to stay.

The staff were very polite and always went out of their way to assist us. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was very good and with sufficient variation. House keeping staff did a fabulous job of cleaning the rooms. Location is very close to Ascension cathedral and green market. 14 kms away from Medeu (ski resort).

we had a small issue that since winter was not over the hotel was not allowed not having AC faility, Even the Temp outside the room was good inside the room the it was hot and, we were not allowed to witch on the AC. Later after request they provided temporary Fan. the Breafast was good.
