We arrived to PrideInn and were greeted by enthusiastic and kind staff that gave us a warm welcome. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have an ATM, which we were in need of. The lobby was clean and our room was very spacious and comfortable. We ordered room service that was prompt, delicious, and well-priced. Hot shower with great water pressure. We were offered a place to change in after our check out. Overall, a positive experience.

We did not get to use the pool because of the rain, but it looked nice. Unfortunately, the hotel did not appear to be within walking distance of very many places. We walked to the Nairobi Arboretum. When we asked the staff for recommendations, they simply said "Go to the museum", but they did not offer directions or details.

The bf here is ok. Like you can order the ultimate bf and a few things are good others just ok. It would also be nice for guest services to let you know if they are substituting something in your order or if it just is not available since you are expecting what is on the menu.

The beans (cold) and the sausage. Thought it was chicken sausage order as that was on the menu, I got beef or for all I Know it could of been pork.

My cousin had a birthday when we stayed in the hotel and the hotel staff made a very nice surprise for her, so they get 5 stars for that! Overall, the room is very clean and the building itself and vicinites in the hotel are really nice. The location is also very central.

There was a small incident which we didn't like. One of the staff knocked and a few seconds later used the hotel generic card to open the door to our room, which we found to be a bit odd. Normally, you wait for an answer and for the door to be opened. He asked if everything was ok, which was fine, but just the fact that he opened the door was not something we liked.

I think we picked the wrong Prideinn as this was full of conference business man and it was located on the other side of a highway way but this wasn’t an issue for us as our purpose for booking was to spend little time at the hotel. Make sure to check on your room location if you are a big group. Booking or the hotel seems to not be sync but the staff will try to accommodate you

Great location and the hotel room was very comfortable and nice. Food quality was good in the hotel too and staff were friendly.

I had requested an early check in and was surprised that there was a 50% fee of the daily rate for what was clearly not a busy hotel. As I was very tired I accepted but this alone will make me reconsider not booking the hotel again. On check out there was still a credit on my bill due to the advance payment taken and the team were unable to refund it which although a small amount was surprising.

The hotel is conveniently situated near to our office in Nairobi. It has a nice terrace for having breakfast. The staff is very friendly and looked for a solution to accomodate a change in our booking schedule.

The breakfast could be complemented with an option of pancakes or other more continental options. Now it has a lot of savoury choices.

The hotel was beautiful. The area it's located in is really good and calm. Breakfast was decent, and I loved the fact it had a swimming pool and a gym. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. WiFi was a must for me and this was not an issue. Top hotel. I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing I could say I didn't like.

I did not have the buffet breakfast but the selection of foods I saw was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very good, near the Malls and close to the expressway to the Airport. I had problems with the flights and they were very understanding and accommodated my needs to change the arriving date and time.

The fan in the room was running at high speed and it was noisy. I asked the cleaning stuff if they could change the speed and they told me that they were going to send someone to do it but this never happened.

The rooms clean and modern. Bath spacious and plenty of lighting. Showers were great and hot. The food at the restaurant is priced fairly and tastes exceptional. Quality ingredients and great chefs. Purity, the manager was exceptional at solving any questions and making us feel welcome. So did all restaurant staff.

There is not much to complain about. Staff go beyond to ensure your stay is great.

The facilities were very clean, customer service was exceptio, WiFi was strong and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast had lots of variety to choose from and we even ordered room service for dinner one evening. The best burger we've ever had 🥰. We will absolutely be back.
