The hotel is great, from the moment you enter you feel well taken care of. Particularly noteworthy are the breakfasts - amazing and the staff working during breakfast. He made us feel special! The rooms were clean, new, always carefully cleaned. The staff tried very hard and for that a big plus. Also the service of the lower pool deserves thanks, we were with a small child, and yet the crew looked after us wonderfully. Thank you for that!

The fact that the upper swimming pool from the photos is additionally payable (you have to order at the bar for a certain amount) and not available for people with children. If we had known about it earlier, I think we would have chosen another hotel, because the lower pool of the Hilton hotel is shaded all the time (except for 1.5 hours in the morning), which prevents sunbathing. During our stay, we had almost 2 days of hot water failure, which is a big inconvenience when traveling with a small child. In a 5* hotel I would expect some small compensation, something extra (e.g. cookie, chocolate) as an apology, but here was only a card under the door with information.

Very close to downtown dubai & a beautiful room - everything you needed. Staff were lovely and friendly. We loved that they also had an adults only pool with no noisy kids.

No where did it state that the hotel didn't sell alcohol - we would've love to be able to have a relaxing cocktail by the pool.

- the staff are very kind and helpful - the room is good size and beautifully designed - clean room - room service despite high price but delicious food

- the shower gel is empty and despite three days of stay was not filled - rooms are not good soundproofed, you can hear the metro from outside every 5 min, the alarm from next room.

Breakfast got many options all jalal. But due I'm occidental I feel not very enough options for me. Surely Oriental people can say same thing. But is ok, quality is quite good.

The hotel is clean, but the reception staff is not kind, just doing his job, but I feel not "wellcome". Little taff . But finally I don't care.

Hotel itself is beautiful, at a great location just 5-6 minutes walking distance from Burjuman metro station and Burjuman mall. Has 2 very nice swimming pools, one on the first and one on the 19th floor. Breakfast and dinner were always amazing, lots of different food to choose from together with plenty of fresh fruits and cakes for dessert, but where this hotel shines the most is the people. Hotel staff was extremely kind, accomodating and friendly, you are always greeted with a big smile wherever you go, from reception to cleaning staff and especially from te staff at the dining hall. We were extremely happy that we stayed there.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed comfort was top-notch, providing me with the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing gym and pool facilities. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine even while traveling. And the pool was a serene oasis where I could relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. What truly impressed me was the hotel's easy access to the metro station. It made getting around the city a breeze, and I could explore all the nearby attractions conveniently. Whether it was for business or leisure, this hotel's location was unbeatable. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. The comfortable bed, friendly staff, outstanding fitness and pool amenities, and the convenience of the nearby metro station made my stay truly unforgettable. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip!

There was nothing to dislike tbh

The apartment was very big and clean with two balconies, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The buffet breakfast was really good with many options.

The location was not that far from attractions but I the area was meh. I did not like the smell of the shampoo, bath gel and lotion as it was manly. The apartment could use additional lighting. I was not able to use the hotel wifi, cause when I tried it kept saying my phone was not valid even though it was a correct number but I did not try to fix the issue with the hotel cause I already my own phone connection.

Srijana - excellent receptionist very friendly, helpful Asked about brekky we got it for 45dirhams for buffet which is open till 11am. All the hotel staff very nice. The room was perfect for 3 of us. Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo conditioner but I still used my own! The breakfast buffet is amazing n catered got everyone, you can get your eggs made how u want, masala egg, veg egg, poached, floratine, benedict, fried, omellete, parata, they have beans Sausages hash browns tomatoes, scrambled egg, Arabic station, indian station, cold meat section, juices/smoothie, fruit section, pancakes, Waffles French toast, Nutella and other sauces, muffins toast. Taxi flagged from outside Hotel and took 25mins to wild wadi started at 5dirhams on meter and cost 53dirhams (£12) Mall of emirates to dbltree hilton traffic time took about 40mins costs 52.50aed (£11) usually would take 20mins. We went on a metro only once as got taxi alot. From hotel 2 & half min walk to spinneys supermarket, there is mcdonalds kfc, chemist, perfume shop and few others. A 4 min walk to burjuman mall and a further 2 mins to the metro. There is a pizza hut, kfc accross the road along with other food places.. There are 2 entrances to hotel to go to metro use the entrance which is on your left, the one that is opposite centrpoint. My husband and son got their haircut on Saturday evening and the staff I forgot to get their name 1 was from India from Punjab he was very friendly and pleasant. Roopa in salon was very experienced and friendly. We only to the swimming pool on 3 occasions and the lifeguards were very friendly and even remembered what days we didn't come they were very friendly with the children. The rooftop pool is for adults only and downstairs pool for families it is big enough and due to it being August heat it was amazing as due to the hotel their was shade of the building on pool and a lovely breeze at the pool which made the pool experience in this heat amazing!!

Nothing bad to say about this hotel or staff apart from when I ordered food. Ordered burger 2.30am told 30mins max came after 40mins was nice and fresh but very expensive but that's hotels for you!! One day Ordered breakfast around 10:45 said will take 20mins arrived 12 they forgot my beans 10min waited called reception to ask how long as my food getting cold said will send up straight away arrived 10mins later! But this is minor.

The staff was really friendly and forthcoming and the breakfast was amazing. The views from the rooms may vary, my colleague stayed in a room 7 floors higher and the overall filing in the room was much nicer then in mine that was on a lower floor. But the view from the 19th floor outdoor pool, made up for that.

Europeans and the like, be warned. Its a dry hotel, so not even a beer. The location is a bit outside of the centre, making it a bit awkward in rush hour, on the flip side, its really close to the airport and you have a grocery store around the corner, as well a a really good Indian restaurant.

Good location, near the metro station. The hotel is clean and welcome. The breakfasts are great, especially would like to highlight the work of the barista at breakfasts, she was very kind, endearing and professional. Nice Christmas mini party near the tree (the cocoa was amazing)

No transfers to the beach, no recommendations from the staff. Only if you ask them directly about anything. I would prefer any kind of proactivity from the “5 star” hotel. Also no Arabic coffee in hotel, that you don’t expect from Dubai.. In the room for two people there was not a complete set of towels and sleepers.
