It was nice on the inside. The room was comfortable. I liked that our room had a walk out to the pool lounge area. We were in walking distance of several great local eating places, bars and shopping areas. Not far from the airport either.

I think the outside of the hotel was deceiving. I was a little worried when we pulled up but the inside and the friendly staff made our entire stay so nice and comfortable.

We did not appreciate the breakfast service, where you have a la carte menu and have to chose and wait for the beverage/food. Sometimes it takes so long and you lose time to enjoy the beach.

Room was big and nice. Location is good.

You using too much plastic. To have a breakfast with plastic fork and knife is just take a way stile. Also it's very bad for the environment.

The entire stay was amazing. The ladies at the front desk Bonnie, Kimberly and kedrea was very helpful to anything I needed and respectful the exceeded my expectations. Im an employee at the ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos and therefore I know quality service and it’s definitely a first class to the mention ladies above. I will most definitely be back before year end. Keep up the good work ladies I recommend this hotel without a doubt. Also Ashley the housekeeper was wonderful and respectful alone with the others.

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were well kept. You could see that they care about the patrons comfort and safety. It was a last minute reservation that went very smoothly and we would recommend the location.

The maintenance repairs of one of the pools could have been cancelled from view of the patrons to provide a little more of a Disney affect where we would not have seen behind the curtains. There needs to be better room direction signs posted when exiting the stairs or elevators.

Staff was friendly and helpful

They sent us out to a dinner place that ended up being a mile walk in a sketchy area. The restaurant staff told us to stay closely together as it wasn’t real safe. We were w kids so super scary

The complimentary drinks was perfect great mix.

Had a small ant problem, wasn't major overall good stay.

I love, love the location just to wake up facing the ocean was wonderful.

I know that things are hard for everyone, but to pay $3.00 for hot water and a tea bag, now that was beyond crazy
