The food was very good, and the selection of included drinks was very diverse. The room was also spacious and well kept.

The family side was not separated from the adults only as much as we would've liked, and the air throughout the resort had a slight fecal aroma which was very off-putting. The walking distances to different areas was also quite a trek. And the pool water could've been a little cleaner, me and my girlfriend both left the resort with itchy rashes from the water.

They need to appoint pool managers to stop the extremely annoying behavior from MOST guest to reserve sun beds - starts before 7am! - with their towels while not using them. 70% is continuously “reserved” but not used. After 10am you might not have a sun bed at a pool, so that is why I would not visit again. This behavior extends itself to a lesser extend to all seating areas incl on tours. Had a lady screaming at me because I was in “her seat” (bus was half empty) on a return trip to the hotel.

I completely did not expect to be pushed and pushed into a timeshare presentation that would’ve taken nearly half of one day had I not put a stop to it. very disappointing and surprising. so unprofessional in my opinion. that is the absolute last thing we expected or wanted.

Every single staff person went above and beyond. They made our stay wonderful. Everything was perfect from the outside.

Whoever does the repairs inside the rooms needs some help. shower doors are crooked so water goes everywhere, toilets rock, Holes in the tile where shower valves were replaced, caulk is 2 inches wide and needs to be cleaned up

The staff is helpful, smiling, and worried about you, every minute of your stay.

The rooms need to be updated. They shouldn't allow too many vendors on premises. Sometimes, people do not respect privileged and exclusive areas. Needs more control. Umbrellas on pool are old and with holes. Need more quantity.

Beach access, quality of food, evening shows, and courteous staff.

Overcrowded pools, very hard to get a seat near pool unless you wake up 6 am morning to throw your towel to get one.

Hotel is very beautiful. nice swimming pools, good alcohol . very quiet, good food. everywhere really save

stuff members doing everything for you just when you are giving tips for them(not all) example- mini Bar was 2 days in a row not full and then we let some tips and in the evening mini Bar was full. Atlantic Ocean - really really bad. you don’t want to swim there. and it doesn’t look beautiful like we aspected. Caribbean Sea was 1k more beautiful, but you need to take some trip to drive or go with boat there.

I love the variety of beverages to select from - both alcoholic and non alcoholic. the spa experience was fantastic and all the staff members were phenomenal at all bars and restaurants. the food was good too! overall an awesome experience.

not much to say here, other than when returning from our excursion the time frame didn’t allow us to have access to any food until dinner time, but room service is an option and you can order and eat somewhere else on property :)

Lights are still not correct in the room 3 way circuit still messed up. Maintenance did good job on leaking air conditioner drain. Also good personalities.

See maintenance issue. Also the 20 bug bites was a problem. Not sure what they were, and I think sunscreen helps deter them. I only got them when I didn't wear sunscreen. A notice would have been nice!
