The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the river form our room. There were also complimentary tea and heating eye masks in the room and my wife really enjoyed them. Breakfast was great, it had a sizable selection of fruits. They also provided us a toiletry kit for our infant daughter, that was a pleasant surprise. The tram (line A) and several bus lines have stops near the hotel, so going to the main shopping areas or tourist destinations is easy. Plus, the bus to and form the airport stop right in front of the hotel, so its easy for guests without a car.

The hotel is located by the river so the view is excellent. However, the hotel is surrounded by residential areas, so there are not a lot of shops or restaurants within a 5 min. walk.

great location, near kumamoto train station and the shopping arcade area plus all the sight seeing around Kumamoto to see the castle, shrines and temples. Open the window for a great view of the canal which is running through the city. it's a typical business hotel.

The breakfast was quite expensive but it's a buffet - maybe offer smaller sets to reduced pricing. You would be better off getting meal outside the hotel

The interior is clean, refurbished, and trendy. The hotel also has parking spaces if you drive in. Location is within walking distance to the heartland of the city, which is close to the train station with all the fancy stores and restaurants nearby. The dinner buffet is also outstanding. The scene from the window is also gorgeous that you can see the river and the willows alongside.

Facilities such as TV May need to upgrade. If there is laundry provision, it would be great. I saw from some articles that pick up service from Kumamoto station is available, but now doesn’t.

As always, the staff are all helpful, nimble and learned. They all have a stable presence you can count on.

Buffet breakfast, despite it being really substantial, is a tad too pricey. If I may offer my two cents worth, we'd probably appreciate the 2,500 yen cost if your hours extended to include lunch hours, too. That way, I could use your restaurant all morning to prepare my report or a presentation without moving the location. Who knows, I might be joined by an outside guest who will pay for a full cost of a lunch buffet.

The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient for Kumamoto station (10 minutes walk or 3 min by tram). There’s a tram stop just 2min walk from the hotel that takes you to Kumamoto Castle, Museums, Parks and shopping mall. The room for two was spacious with a double bed and a beautiful view from 21st floor to Hiroshima Castle!

Room is clean. Staff is helpful. No bell boy available and lobby manager proactively assisted to deliver over luggage. We didn't know how to obtain the parking discount and overpaid the fee (JPY1500 vs JPY 3900). Front desk refunded the difference to us immediately when we brought the issue to them. Hope to stay here again.

Restaurant was enjoyable, but given that we ordered a "western style meal", the staff had no idea about how to serve the courses or the wine. This was surprising given our usual experiences in larger Japanese hotels.
