The property is very family friendly. At least 4 grills for families to use, tables and umbrellas on clean, fresh grass with a playground for children. We saw family reunions around the outdoor pool and the indoor pool and hot tub were great as well. Very clean grounds, pet friendly, lots of landscaping, water fountains & flowers. The breakfast is plentiful, and delicious. Five minute walk to the beach and large park.

Did not like that I was made to feel like a poor person because they couldn’t get my card to go through even though it worked my entire trip at every place. Plenty of money but was almost turned away because it didn’t go through and they couldn’t manually enter a credit card for a hotel stay… every hotel I’ve been to doesn’t even need to swipe a credit card. Luckily my husband had just brought his credit card to be able to have somewhere to sleep… never in my life did I feel that low. Don’t know the older ladies name, she had short grey hair. Not very professional with how she handled the situation.

Excellent Breakfast , friendly staff , indoor and outdoor pool, good quality linen and towels , we had a suite and there was a TV in both the bedroom and living room .Lots of hot water with a very good water pressure .

No elevator and the stairs were very steep .No grab bar in the tub shower , was unable to move the shower head and it sprayed on the far wall of the shower .

The room was super clean and spacious. The temperature was perfect when we entered the room. The courtyard was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The blankets were very stiff and also not comfortable. There were also stains on the blankets but they are all white so it seems like it would be difficult to keep stains off anyway.

we love this place and have stayed often and will continue to. best courtyard, very family oriented and the majority of the staff are amazing. special shout out to the lady who does breakfast that had my favourite tea waiting every morning and remembered things we like.

we didn’t get our room made up on a couple days we asked, towels and soaps were replenished but nothing else. some drama the last-night with a guest slashing his wives tires, not comfortable knowing my kids were around when this happened but that was not the hotels fault.

Everything was great, from breakfast with specialty coffee like ‘French vanilla’ to fresh fruits! Front desk staff (Alexis) was polite and very helpful and the staff at the breakfast was very nice too. We were given an unexpected update to the honeymoon suite which was beautiful and much appreciated. Will definitely return when we go that way!

The cleanness of the room. Breakfast is great as is the hostess! Indoor outdoor pools. The staff member that checked us out early due to an injury was very accommodating as we had to leave a day earlier.

The attitude of the staff member that checked us in. Very rude and not helpful at all. Asked for a first floor room and was given a second floor room.

everything went well... we had a problem with a light in the bathroom. We advised the front desk and the repair was completed in less than an hour. we were very pleased. breakfast was nice but we did not use the pool but looked great The room was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. thanks

Spotlessly clean ,very friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast

Our heat went off at 4am and it got pretty cold. The receptionist came but could not fix it . She called maintenance but were unavailable until later . We waited and had a nice hot breakfast. at 7am The maintenance person would have come at about 8.30 but by then we said wait until after we checked out at 9 am

Debbie in the breakfast room was very welcoming and energetic; and the breakfast was very good. The pool areas were clean, and it is nice to have the indoor or outdoor option.

The accommodations are in need of some remodelling, and the balconies appear as though they are going to collapse.
