Staff were very friendly. Hotel is good value. Breakfast buffet is descent. Not worth the $15 individually but worth it if you make your reservation with the breakfast included 😉

Hotel is on a one way street. Traffic can be a little crazy during the morning. Don't miss the entrance or you'll have to go around. Takes about 15 minutes!

Just outside central San Jose so good location. The porters and reception staff were very welcoming and informed. The GYM is amazing with cleaning sprays and so much equipment I was in there for over an hour. Breakfast was enjoyable though did notice some fruit flies on the cakes. I also received vouchers for 2 pool bar mocktails which was a nice touch. Location is good as its not in central San JOSE which I would avoid as busy and dangerous. Meals in the restaurant were a good size. Pool area clean. I was able to continue using facilities till after I checked out and moved onto the next place.

I thought it was overpriced for what it was. Rooms a bit old, Bath tub in the room a old / dated but overall clean hotel.

Airport shuttle (20 minute ride or so) provided with reservation. Check in was excellent. The pool facilities were very nice. Breakfast and late checkout were appreciated. Good water pressure and nice hot shower. The rooms are dated, but for the price more than acceptable. We asked for a quiet room and slept well as the entry room in the upgraded room provided excellent noise reduction from the hallway. Due to the emergency weather conditions in the country, the bars and restaurants on site were understaffed. Not the hotel's fault. So, we took an Uber ($4) to a great strip of restaurants about .5 miles from the hotel.

Hotel is dated, but commensurate with the price charged for the rooms.

We arrived at the hotel around 21.00 after a long day of travelling from the UK. The man at reception was very friendly and helpful as was the bellboy. We were offered a room upgrade, which was really nice. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, the room was huge and included facilities such as Jacuzzi, sauna, balcony, kitchen and very comfortable beds. We stayed for two nights at the start of our trip and for one night at the end (we were also upgraded to the same room on our return). We picked this hotel due to the close proximity to the airport (less than 10mins). There are several restaurants on site but we did not eat at any of them. The pool is quite big but the pool area was very quiet. There is also a pool bar but the drinks are quite expensive. Overall, our stay was perfect because of the room upgrade and convenient to the airport. The buffet breakfast cost $15, was really nice and included hot and cold options. The staff at the breakfast room were friendly and the service was good.

The rooms are a little dated, though this certainly did not make a difference to our stay. The pool bar drinks were a little expensive. The location is good providing you don't want to walk anywhere.

The staff was welcoming and kind. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the AC worked great! The building is a little outdated, but beautiful. Absolutely loved the gym! Best hotel gym I have experienced. Huge variety of equipment from free weights, to cable and hammer strength machines. Breakfast was delicious! Nice access to a little market about 15 minute walk down the street. And a nutritious little eatery called sip juice bar.

Had a really nice and large balcony, but the door was locked preventing access.

The hotel looks very luxurious and the staff was very friendly. We only stayed here for one night to catch our flight the next morning; the location is great for this as it is close to the airport. We did not used many of the facilities but they did look great and clean. We enjoyed the game tables, this was a nice surprise. The check-in and check-out was quick and effortless. Room and bathroom were clean and quite big.

We did expect more of the restaurant that is promoted in the hotel "restaurante Quattro".

I stayed in this hotel last year and wasn’t overly impressed with it however I decided to book again for a short stay in San Jose due to convenience and I had a much more pleasant stay. There seem to have been some upgrades and renovations and I found my room a lot cleaner and more comfortable. I’m glad I decided to give this hotel another chance and would stay here again in the future.

The entrance to the hotel is quite grand and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. There is a very nice gift store in the foyer with several options for dining.

There were areas of the hotel that showed considerable wear and tear and although originally built to be a luxury convention centre, the facility is definitely showing its age. The food options are limited if you are on a restricted diet with a lot of the food heavy in saturated fats/oils. The complex itself is huge and it is quite easy to get lost. The better your command of the Spanish language, the more enjoyable your stay will be.

After reading the negative reviews I was nervous coming in. I am lucky to have been given a room in the renovated tower. I am setting in after taking a hot shower. The bathroom is clean with very lush towels and hot water. Bed seems comfortable and sheets are all clean. There is a clean smell in the room

The checkin was not too long, one person ahead of me and there were three people serving. Small details like shower mat and cups in the coffee area were missing. I went down and got a cup. This is an oversight on the part of housekeeping

This is a big impressive corporate hotel in a good location close-ish to the airport (10 ins drive) Big foyer and great good sized bedroom with all the usual ensuite facilities. nice pool area and freindly staff.

The pool could have been cleaner and although there were around 4 restaurants in and around the place only one was open for an evening meal when we were there - and that was pretty empty. Food was ok.
