Le Ritz Hotel and Suites

When checking in staff was extremely friendly (I think his name was nicholas) he was a breath of fresh air after traveling from Salt Lake it was a long drive and he was extremely helpful! The front lobby was beautiful! Well decorated and open and spacious. The pool is indoor and functional. The hot tub is open but jets are non operational at the time of our stay so water was less than hot. Breakfast was hot! Sausage links, waffles, scrambled eggs, cold cereal, the works! The hall ways we're quiet and clean. Our room was some what clean. It was located in the perfect spot for dinner and travel. The bed was extremely comfy and they gave us 4 pillows on our king sized bed. The make up counter was well lit and spacious! Extremely high water pressure and extremely hot water.

Our room was some what clean however the drawers did have tags from Victoria's secret and a map from butte Montana. The lamp shade on one side was destroyed on the inside but still lit up and did its job, just slightly unsightly. We paid for river view which wasn't worth it as the river was dried up. So the scenery was a disappointment. The curved bar for the shower curtain did cause some problems when showering and the nozzle shower head was super low (I'm 5 ft 2) and still had to crouch to get under the water.

I accidently left my winter coat in the closet in our room. I could only text from my phone & I had my daughter in Canada call them to arrange to have my coat sent to Arizona. It arrived today! The staff were pleasant to deal with & didn't hesitate to arrange to ship my coat. They were greatly appreciated, thank you.

Low toilet seat! I'm sure not everyone is under 5' tall which is who would fit perfectly on the seat! No wi-fi available in our room due to renovations. Hopefully, our next stay will have it.

Rooms are spacious, lobby is very nice

The housekeeping needs a little work but it has improved form the first time we stayed, but the breakfast is to be desired most of the time it is only bread, eggs and waffles and muffins. It would be mice to add in meat, potatoes and individual yogurt and bagels with a few more fruit options. Better wifi, the pool and spa still being closed was a huge disappointment, and only 2 towels in the room is bothersome.

We loved the location, it was both centrally located to all of our friends in Idaho Falls and the Snake River. The food was ok, a little bland in way, however, quite a large selection of food for different types of people.

We ended up eating out for breakfast because of my dietary needs. The pool was really too cold for the time of year when we were there. We felt that it was even too cold for the summer months, if we chose to stay there again.

Overnight stay on a trip to Canada from Boise. Called about a reservation, 5 minutes at the front desk, all good. Breakfast was a real breakfast, eggs and sausage. Horrible for my heart, but great for a morning fuel up.

Nothing really. The main hall was a little dated, but clean and well maintained. The shower took a little while for the hot water to get going, so turn the water on before you get nekked!

The breakfast was excellent! The room was clean and the heater worked great. Most of the staff was friendly.

The bed was HORRIBLE. It was bouncy and hard without giving support. The front desk attendant was not nice at all. It was in the morning and he kind of acted like a snob when I had a couple questions for him. Made me feel like he didn't want me there. I just was getting breakfast! The other staff was excellent. The woman taking care of the breakfast deserves kudos for being sweet and accommodating!

The staff was helpful and trying there best to get everyone in there rooms, comfy beds. The room was clean and we loved the location close to restaurants and the Falls. We actually stayed a second time. Nice place, friendly staff, breakfast is available which is always a nice feature specially when traveling.

When we first checked in our room was not ready which was okay since we where early. We came back the room was still not ready do to staffing issues, I can understand but having to wait until 6pm was a bit much. I was trying to change rooms since some became available but since we made our reservations through Booking .com that was not possible. The next time we made reservation with the hotel directly. However I think it is not right that one can not change a room because it is booked through a third party.

Great location. Beautiful view of the snake River and falls. LDS temple is beautiful next to river. Breakfast was great. Grounds and inside are very clean. Loved that the pool and spa are 24 hours but pool was cold. Friendly staff

Inside rooms were a little outdated. When we arrived at 3 they said check in was 4 and to come back. Most all other hotels just let you check in if your s little early then they said they had us in the wrong night. I had to show them our reservation on Booking.com and they were very understanding and fixed it.

The breakfast was excellent just fell short on the coffee it was very water down but other than that breakfast was delicious I think I didn't sleep well due to our neighbors but other than that the king bed was awesome the staff was great. The staff knew how to handle upset customers which I think was professional of them .. they needed to understand that his room was not ready they were booked and the cleaning service was doing their best.

I didn't like that the coffee was not coffee but brown water .. the rooms were clean but they do need to have a conditioner available for the price besides that the hotel was comfortable.

Super cute place. Awesome location, within walking distance of many places and right by a beautiful river. Room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had many great options.

At our time of stay, staff was struggling to keep up because of all of the maids quitting. Not sure why they quit, and it didn’t affect us, but it was concerning to hear about it.
