The hotel is in a good position. We had two rooms and one of it was very close to the elevator so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good with good choice of food.

At our arrival, they charged me $ 10 per night per room for service fee. This was not mentioned on the my booking reservation nor on the hotel website. The employee at the lobby told me that the fee was inducted a few weeks earlier by his manager. Upon our check out, I insisted that it was not mentioned anywhere and that it was therefore unfair to charge for it. So I was refunded.

Spacious, comfortable room, clean, good location for Universal and into downtown LA, very convenient grocery store opposite. Breakfast plenty and good, breakfast staff always present, cleaning up and making sure all is stocked up.Quite, felt safe. All staff very friendly, helpful and smiling. We had a great stay and would defo recommend.

The only thing I need to criticise is the use of plastic cups and cutlery in the breakfast room

Helpful man on desk . Big room . Parking . Great location for Universal and Hollywood Boulevard - cheap Uber to both if you were tired of driving . Great little pool to use up until 8 pm . Kids loved waffle maker breakfast .beds made even though we did not request it . Supermarket opposite handy .

Noisy air conditioning and although room was clean - it smelt very musty and stale .

Breakfast was delicious every morning! Good variety. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The carpets need to be replaced. No carpet would be better has a strange smell walking out of the elevator. You kind of got used to it but my kids were gagging on the first 2 days from it.

it was easy to park, I liked that there were double parking spaces. it was easy to navigate around the hotel, as well as being near a bunch of shops and restaurants

there was only one thing, and I know this isn’t the hotels fault. but, there was some guy banging on one of the doors a few doors down from me and yelling at whoever was inside. some other traveler yelled at him after a few minutes, and then it stopped. but that was all

I liked that the beds were always made when I got back and the bathrooms were clean. The kids enjoyed breakfast there. They were able to make rescheduling super easy for me as well.

I just didn't really like that I could hear other guests who were staying above us. The first night they made quite a bit of noise.

Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Friendly staff. Shower/water pressure was excellent

Parking with extra charge, and some parking positions block others. Lots of single-use plastic and disposable elements in breakfast. Rooms impecably clean but somewhat worn out (carpets, paint)

- elevator - free parking - clean and spacious rooms - closer to universal studios - easy check in and check out - the lady at the desk was super helpful and went out of her way to find the breakfast that suited us - closer to stores (esp ice, sunscreen etc) - room has tv (cable etc) and a/c and heater - hot water in bathroom and nice toiletries

- breakfast options very limited - parking is a hassle with tandem parking - room cleaning service wasn’t up to the mark (forgot master key in our room and kept few towels). Asked me to come down and take the towels from front desk :( - there was a spider in the bathroom - pricey compared to other places - room keys didn’t work always - needs multiple attempt to get it to work - slightly far from freeway

Location was good for Universal Studios. Very clean room, good breakfast, and loved the underground parking. We were all very pleased. The Front Desk Manager was there in the evening when we arrived and back the next morning. She was very thorough, friendly, and obviously very committed.

Nothing to offer here. We were very pleased.
