Great location. Very clean, the room was bigger than expected and we had a nice view. The staff was exceptional. Great breakfast options. I like the option of the valet parking. The valet parking attendant was very nice and professional, she provided us with good suggestions on what to do around town since were new to the area.

I loved meeting the owner and the history behind this hotel. From the GM Katrina to all her dedicated staff members including Marcos, Sylvia, Jackie, along with the housekeeping staff, my stay was the best it could be. Thank you so much for making it special as I re entered California from Florida. I do appreciate all of you. TammyJo

Very new hotel and excellent room and facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great, not too far from downtown. Highly recommended for a couple stay.

Carpark entry is weird - need to get reception to let you in and out everytime you enter/leave carpark. Guessing this is part of hotel being new but inconvenient not having access

Night staff were really helpful super nice and outgoing, Morning staff not so much they didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Took over 10 mins just to check out. Were rude and not a help. Over all the hotel is fairly new, nice big, clean rooms was very quiet for a good price.

There’s a laundry room for guest use. There’s a mini-shop downstairs, with drinks, snack and frozen food. (Vegetarian options too) Microwave in the room.

No late check out possible at this hotel at all.

I wish there were a water fountain available. The breakfast area was not monitored to see when food was running low. These were small inconveniences.

It’s brand new. Just opened in October 23. It was very modern and clean. It was very environmentally conscious.

I likes mostly everything- shower could’ve been more spruced up
