Days Inn by Wyndham East Windsor/Hightstown

We liked that The property was within close range of the things we wanted to do. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good deal for the price. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

I didn’t like that at some point the elevators were down and we were on the 3rd floor. The stairs were hot and muggy and the out of order sign on the elevator on our floor never came down even though the elevator was later in service. I also didn’t like not having a microwave in our room and the furniture in the room was small. Small beds and short dressers. The dresser was low to the ground looked more like it was meant for a kids room. And the curtains in our room were ripped. The place could use an update.

The breakfast was good for what they had. Nothing hot. All to go. It was nice eating it out by the pool. Loved the location. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing was my son got hurt badly in the pool. The entire bottom was like sand paper. He scraped his foot. All they did was give him a bandaid. Didn't seem overly concerned. They also gave the option to pay at the property, but ended up charging my debit card. I was paying cash, and all my bills were messed up that I had paid before my vacation. It was all corrected, but a hassle.

Very clean and well kept all throughout the hotel. Looked like they were in the middle of remodeling or updating all the rooms in the hotel. Our room was nice and clean. Smoke free rooms. Staff was nice.

The parking lot needs to be updated are repaired along with new sidewalks and curbs. There is a room on the 2nd floor right in front of hotel where there are mattresses stacked or standing in front of the window. Does not look appealing.

There were a few mishaps with the room we booked, but the manager Danielle went ABOVE and beyond to accommodate our needs and make sure we were comfortable and happy. My battery in my car died, and she was even willing to go get jumper cables to help my daughter and I ! I will definitely be going back. The staff treated us more like family then guests. I would definitely recommend you staying here. If you happen to be lucky enough to meet Danielle tell her I sent you!

Pet friendly room was pleasant and clean.

The TV connection never worked for more than 8 minutes before pixelating. We were never able to watch any TV

Breakfast was available which was good. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was laundry service which I used. Quiet for the most part. Tv was good. Heat was good. Nice decor.

(1) Vending machine snacks and drinks were expensive. (2) 2nd night of my stay there was Loud commotion on 2nd floor with screaming yelling fighting that spilled out into the hallway in one of the rooms. Which then caused other guests to start screaming to them to shut up. (3) I was unable to make a toll free call (1-888) from the room phone. The phone would not allow me to even after following the instructions from the front desk on how to do so. I paif $143.00 with booking, but my credit card states $213.00. Location was very far.

What a great pool. Comfortable bed.

Mold over the shower. Housekeeping glove was on floor in the guest hall all weekend.

Spacious parking lot, outdoor pool was open, attached restaurant, clean rooms at a reasonable rate. Friendly staff. Between Fathers day wknd people wanted to go back out post pandemic, rooms were soldout with non smoking rooms, if not, i wouldve stayed longer than a day. Should make ALL rooms non smoking. Not only does it stinks, nobody should be smoking inside anyways. How many fires are started by dummies falling asleep with a lit butt in bed, esp when theres a restaurant serving alcohol downstairs. In this date and age, smoking is outdated and not cool. Round them up outside like at the amusement parks in a pen if they want to smoke

My room didnt have a fridge, tv was broken. Screen had permanent lines running across the screen. Facility served its purposes but rooms seems dated.

The location was convenient in terms of quick access to the highways. It was nice and quiet, very little noise from the outside coming in.

A little bit more lighting in the room would've been nice, the pillows were smaller than expected. Had to buy a pillow after my first night. And somehow there was a bug in the bathroom already when I had checked-in.

Breakfast was fine. You need to provide paper plates for bagels and jimmy dean breakfast biscuits. Fruit should include bananas for cereal or to eat alone.

Include another microwave at the breakfast bar, lock the wheels on the portable island. My son leaned against it and it moved.
