New Jersey is a perfect location for exploring Manhattan during the day and then relaxing, with less hustle and bustle during the evening. This hotel is very close to both a great pedestrianised eating and shopping area, and to public transport into Manhattan (just two stops to the World Trade Center). The rooms are very trendy, clean, and ours was very quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We found it a little expensive. But it is is in a great location - and the Aussie dollar exchange rate is rather low at present, so that others might find this hotel great value.

I had booked a breakfast included room for 3 adults. When we arrived at the hotel I was told that this price was for a packed breakfast and not for the buffet breakfast. It was very disappointing. Hopefully and thanks to the hotel receptionnist we found a solution, but I had to pay extra. I think Booking.com was not very honest on this matter.

The hotel was super comfortable, we booked it to stay close to a wedding we were in town for. Lots of practical little details as USB chargers and multiple light switches for different areas easily accessible from the bed. The location was also great with easy access to the Path train to go to Manhattan and also just a couple minutes from the Hudson River to enjoy the views of NYC and take the ferry. Highly recommended!

The only thing we didn't like was the dependency on the Path to go and explore the city as schedules change at night and on weekends and holidays

I love how the second you walk through the sliding doors, it smells like you’ve entered a spa. Then you get greeted with the most kindest staff. You get free flavored water while waiting in the lobby area. The rooms are very modern and clean! love the fact that there’s a nespresso maker in the room, so you can have a cup of GOOD coffee upon first waking up. Also love the fact that’s there’s liquid hand soap and liquid body wash, that smells so lovely!! The bed was comfortable and you can watch your own Netflix on the tv! I always enjoy my stay there!

There’s no continental breakfast. That would be lovely to have but honestly, you’re not far from some amazing breakfast spots in Jersey City.

This hotel had possibly the FRIENDLIEST staff of any hotel ever. They were so welcoming, helpful, and earnest. They were always ready to help and made our stay exceptional. The property was very clean. There was always someone cleaning or maintaining the common areas. It was also nice to be able to stay at such a nice hotel with our dog. They gave our pup the cutest welcome bag. She loves her new toy!

The only downside we had was the water station by our elevator kept breaking. The staff was trying to fix the problem, so I wouldn’t say it was a huge problem for us.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!! From the time we checked in until we left they were great. Two girls at check-in were so personable and answered questions about the area, so helpful!! The two girls behind the bar were fantastic and the 2 guys running the food area made an exception for us when they had already started shutting down the food service. Much appreciated!! We saw house keepers a few times and they were also very nice and friendly! Fantastic experience - we will be back and we will let friends and family know this is where to stay when coming to the city. Keep it up!!

We thought breakfast was included. There were grab and go bags in the room, but apparently we were wrong.

The staff members were so friendly. We were always greeted upon entering the hotel. Such a pleasant experience.

N/a- loved it all

The hotel is located in the heart of Jersey City. Great restaurants, sightseeing and transportation in walking distance. Onsite restaurant and bar if you don't want to go out. The bed was super comfortable, and room was very clean. We will definitely be back.

My only issue with the room is that it did not have a microwave to warm up food if needed. A very small inconvenience; however it would have been nice to have the option of bringing our food back from the local restaurants to warm up at a later time.

The art district was cool, the hotel was interesting and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really great! Seems like a good value for the area.

The parking situation was super confusing. They have a small entrance and no valet waiting at the front so cars were just parked taking up space and it was super difficult to get in. The room was generally dusty and there was visible debris on the floor.

Beautifully designed hotel, many extra details were thought of. Staff was exceptional, very curtious, and thoughtful. The location was perfect, a short walk to many restaurants, and it was very easy to get to the ferry for a visit to New York.

Very minor complaint the room did not have a microwave. The icemaker on the floor would make a perfect slushy, but that's not what I was wanting.
