location is great! a lot quieter, quieter than most motels I’ve stayed in. staffs’ always nice and friendly. super accommodating. rooms are big and I have the option to pick a smoke free room if I want to. laundry machine and vending machine definitely adds to it. not to mention they have free coffee and tea.

the hallway can smell weird at times but it comes and goes and somehow I feel like it’s some longer term residents doing. the key deactivates itself after a day or two which doesn’t happen as often as here.

The fact that I called ahead an the lady held a smoking room til I got there smoking rooms are a must for me an since this is the second time they held one for me I will continue to book with them

The tub was a little clogged but again it didn't hinder my opinion

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Specifically the bed and tables. The bathroom had water dripping from the shower which was annoying but didn’t ruin the experience.

I would have liked mouthwash or complimentary toothpaste as I had forgotten it and it is normally provided. The window was hard to clothes and there were people speaking loudly outside that could be heard in the room.

I wanted a smoke room at first they said they didn't have them but then seen that i was a steady customer and they made it happen for me.

I don't like not having a smoke room and wash towels other towels where available

Room size is good but it should be more clean. Also I saw mouse in the room. And a common refrigerator should be there

Was able to get a good price for 2 rooms. Can’t complain much for a traveling family. We were safe during the stay and that is more than enough.

Smell of weed along the corridor

smoking, beautiful view, big room, great interior, I can go on for a little while. People were nice to me. feels like coming home.
