The hotel is a short distance from Philadelphia's Union Station, the rail station for Amtrak and the local rail system, SEPTA. The room was clean, spacious, and had good ventilation. The bedding was clean, and the cleaning staff was extremely courteous and polite. One of the cleaning ladies, an African American woman, gave me extra washcloths. She was very gracious and made me feel welcomed. The hotel is literally near the campus of the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel, so it was fun to walk through the campuses. The U. Penn bookstore is a block from the hotel, as is the SEPTA trolley.

I have no complaints regarding the facility or the staff. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were extremely nice. I have no complaints, but I thought the room was a little expensive (about $200 a night, plus taxes). However, you do get what you pay for and this was not Motel 6 or the Red Roof Inn.

I thought all of the staff were very polite. The breakfast room was overcrowded on Sunday, May 29th. It was standing room only. I was very impressed with the poise and professionalism of Myia, who was the only person assigned to manage the breakfast room. Miya took a leadership position to request that upon completing our breakfast we bring our plates and silverware up to the area by the back room. This facilitated quick cleaning of the items so that other guests could use them to obtain and eat their breakfast. On Monday morning, May 30th, there were only 2-3 people in the breakfast room. Miya was working the front desk in the lobby. She explained that the hotel assigns her to different positions for the experience. Very good! I hope management training is in her future with Sheraton Hotels.

It would be nice if the price of the room were a little lower.

The room was a good size and clean. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor and it was very good. It's also a great location for visiting Penn and Drexel - very convenient.

The Wifi was really terrible - it kept shutting down. Also, the only options for watching TV was either live television or to buy on demand movies, which were really over-priced. For the price of the room, I would have expected to have been able to log into a Netflix or other streaming account from the TV.

Staying at the Sheraton was a pleasant experience. It is conveniently located near Drexel’s campus. The location made greeting back and forth for Family Weekend at Drexel easy. We were able to enjoy the weekend because we were centrally located to everything. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The room and hallways felt old. You could see the wear and tear. If renovations are made, this place would be perfect!!

Overall, helpful staff, clean, comfortable. Good location to UPenn campus. Checkout at 12 pm. instead of 11. Able to leave car in garage until 6 pm.

Extra charges, like parking and breakfast, when cost was already high.

Close location to CHOP.

The elevators have been consistently out of service for years now. You have to line up in the lobby when it’s busy to get to your room. The parking is also expensive—$35/night

I was never informed of discounts for families of patients at Penn Medicine. I paid double that rate by booking through you. Shame on you for taking advantage of people! Already distressed about sick family member and then having to pay exorbitant rates!

It was a very clean room with a comfortable bed and the location was within walking distance of many restaurants.

Our room was next to the elevators so there was some noise from the elevators but not too bad.

Clean and attractive, well decorated. Staff was friendly. Stayed on 7th floor, the cleaning person was helpful when we saw her & said we did not need serviced (there were no do not disturb signs). Later we saw she was singing to herself, she seemed to be a positive employee.

The lobby had an odor that was overwhelming. Elevators were slow and occasionally some were not working. I wish there were do not disturb signs for the door.

We loved the location to the U Penn. There were many places to eat and walk to from the hotel.

The only improvement could be the bathroom size. It was small and not really conducive for two people to get ready at the same time.
