The Rittenhouse Hotel

I was on vacation with my family in this hotel, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was super friendly, always helping to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, everything is almost within walking distance. There's a very nice park just in front of the hotel. The place is very nice, the rooms are super comfy.

Restaurants were not all opened due to the pandemic, thus missing some of the benefits of the hotel. Otherwise excellent. Room not as special as expected for price. However, staff was fantastic!!

Staff and surroundings.

Stayed for 5 nights and that was so memorable... Location was challenging; overlooking the Rittenhouse Square Park.. Comfortable, huge and exceptionally clean rooms.. Perfect management... Experienced and welcoming staff..

Everything from the moment we arrived was beautiful and hospitable. The location is beautiful and the amenities were lovely. The staff was incredibly kind and were clearly professionals. All of the restaurants and shopping we wanted to do was in walking distance and the park across the street was magical. The housekeeping staff made turn down service incredible. Every potential need was anticipated and taken care of.

Great location and service. It has a great ‘old’ Philadelphia feel to it and was really comfortable.

The hotel is great. It was however expensive ( I think something must have been on Philadelphia over the weekend). having said that we really enjoyed our stay

Everyone at the Rittenhouse is so pleasant and willing to help! From the valet, to the door men, to the front desk- you’re Always greeted with a smile! I really liked how clean and beautiful the room and hotel was- really enjoyed the view of the square and the city! Loved it! So did my toddler- the room had minimal things he could get into and he loved running around in the room and jumping on the soft bed. Highly recommend!

Would have liked a small microwave

The hotel was central to local attractions. The property was immaculately clean and well presented. I found all staff to be friendly, polite, courteous and helpful.

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel

Everything from the upscale feel to the exceptional service. We received a welcome basket and 2 complimentary drinks. We travel a lot and I'm quite picky. This hotel does not disappoint! Nice park across the street with a selection of restaurants nearby. Treat yourself if you're traveling to Philly 😊

Unfortunately we stayed on a Sunday so the hotels restaurants and library bar were closed. We were able to get breakfast the next morning and the atmosphere was lovely as well as the staff.

Everything! Beds were amazing. The service was impeccable. The library (bar) was great. The room was spacious. The bathrooms are spa-like. Speaking of the spa- wow. That’s all I can say. It is a dream this hotel and right in the middle of Rittenhouse with tons of restaurants to choose from. Parc is my favorite. Shopping within a 5 minute walk. All in all an amazing long weekend.

I was there for a Surprise Birthday celebration planned by my husband, Everything was superb. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything planned was well executed. Our room was beautiful and had a fantastic view of Rittenhouse Square and the city skyline.
