Privacy is amazing. Easy mobile check in and door codes. Very very clean. You get kitchen supplies soaps lotions washer and dryer in unit and dishwasher with dish detergent. Super clean, comfy beds. I would stay here forever if I could. Only downside I have is PARKING. it's terrible I've gotten 6 tickets. There is only 2 hour parking infront of building and its impossible to find parking nearby. The closest parking lot is 20$ a day. And there's meters for 12hr parking on main strip for $15 so you spend a lot in parking and or tickets.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive! I loved that it had all the amenities you’d think of in a home setting; even a washing machine! Easy access to to the building and room. Very comfortable, and somewhat intriguing designs. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I didn’t like that there’s no on-site parking close to the hotel. I parked down the street from the hotel and got a $36 parking ticket. Parking could definitely be better. I also didn’t like having to sleep on the same sheets for 5 nights straight due to no room service in that building. Room cleaning service could’ve definitely been useful and appreciated. other than those two things, everything else was perfect!

Very nice and central location, feeling pretty secured being in the city center! Apart hotel is brand new with all necessary facitlities, very spacious and comfortable rooms comparing to regular hotel. In the room is a nice kitchen with everything you might need, its really great! Nice and clean bathroom, washing machine and dryer! Plenty of opportunities of the steel parking outside (even if we got a ticket one day), very pleasant stay! Thanks a lot!

The equipment was new and well equipped, with a mini kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, which I was very pleased with. It was also self-catering throughout the stay and it was very relaxing not to see a lot of staff in front of you. Convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the university town and 2 minutes walk to the underground railway. There is a lot of good food around and shopping is easy. Although I only met the staff once on the ground floor when checking out, she was very warm and kind and helpful. All in all, a very satisfying experience and I would stay here again next time I am in Philadelphia.

The room was super clean. Most of the facilities were super clean too. I liked the fact that the room contained many items for a long-term stay. I did not use them, but they could be very useful for long-term travelers. There was dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, full-size oven. I could see myself easily living for two-three weeks rather comfortably here. There was also salt and pepper. The bathroom was well stuffed for many days. The bed was super-comfortable with clean and comfy linens. I rented a suite, which had the main room separated from the bedroom area. The whole suite was not large, but very well designed. I can easily see 4 people staying very comfortable. This kind of vender does not have a front desk, but they replied quickly to my messages, although I did not need anything serious. Check-out was easy. I was late by one day, and it was not a problem with this hotel. I stayed in several hotels historically in this area including Hilton. Most often, I'd get an older room. Although this one is no brand name, everything was top notch. I did not miss the front desk. My room was very quiet b/c of the location. I had a very good-night sleep, which rarely happens for me when I travel. One of my best stays in Philly.

The room had everything you could need, including many appliances and a good TV. The building also offered nice facilities like a gym and lockers for early arrivals, and you could get extra coffee, soap, etc. for free. Everything looked brand new and was perfectly clean. The surrounding area is a bit messy but has many decent shops and restaurants. Moreover, the subway ride to downtown is short and the station is at a two minute walk. All around, very comfortable.

There's not much atmosphere to the place and the neighborhood is a bit run down, but the high quality more than makes up for that

Their was no breakfast which was fine. This apartment condo has its own kitchen in each unit so I enjoyed cooking my own. I love the no contact check in and the door code. And how everything was detailed an explained profile to my arrival. The location was so peaceful and clean and upscale! I will definitely be staying at another Sonder in the future. You all exceeded my expectations so for that Thank You!!!

Nothing I loved everything!

I've stayed at Sonder on Ludlow Street, Philadelphia. It was GREAT! The room was clean, fully accessorized and everything was functioning perfectly. AC was wonderful, the bath was roomy and clean. I got anything I needed if I ran out of paper, shampoo, soap or towels. Location was perfect for me. Highly recommended!

It would have been great if there was some staff to get immediate help from, and for accepting delivery if needed. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The location of the apartment is not in the best area. Although quite close to University city it is not a good place for ladies to walk in the evening / night. The apt is brand new but buildings around the apartment are in bad shape.

Tea/coffee/creamer starters much appreciated. No receptionist. Very, very clean.

Location could be made clearer. The street starts very close to the train station but is in fact very long. The Sonder location is quite far from where we arrived . We traveled from the UK so everything was unfamiliar. The location is fine; we just needed more information.
