Stacia and Breanna at the front desk were wonderful. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room/studio layout was fantastic. Especially for families traveling with children, the living space with a couch and the kitchenette is a great bonus, makes up for smaller size primary rooms. Mattress and bed linens are comfortable. Overall well appointed, clean, quiet. Location is a plus! The Rittenhouse park with the farmer’s market on saturdays and its central city park vibe was a great winding down place in the evenings. Lots of restaurants nearby including K’far and Goldie. Walkable to both science museums and the Barnes Foundation.

Bathrooms (and showers) are on the smaller size but that is expected in cities like Philadelphia and New York.

The location of the Rittenhouse is excellent - right on the square and central to the muesums, old town and lots of great restaurants and bars. While the rooms are not super large they are really modern, clean and well appointed. The staff in particular were incrediblely helpful, accommodating and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel - a.kitchen - and loved it.

The bathroom set up was a little strange - though perfectly functional. The toilet and sink were in one room, then there was a dedicated separate shower room. It wasn't in any way bad just took some getting used to!

The property is very clean, and quiet. The location is wonderful , with access to great shopping and restaurants within blocks. It’s proximity to Rittenhouse Square is also a nice perk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and had a fantastic shower with great water pressure , even on the eleventh floor. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely no complaints!

Location is excellent. In the heart of the best area of Philadelphia. Many excellent restaurants nearby. A ten minute walk from Independence Hall and all the other historical sites. We stayed in the 2 bed residence that was very spacious and comfortable. All staff were helpful and pleasant.

One minor point. The bathrooms were slightly tired and could do with a bit of a tidy up.

I was very impressed with my stay here. From the front house staff’s daily greeting (Wister) to them helping me troubleshoot the on-site washer at 8:30pm (Stacia) to assisting me in extending my reservation (Mahika), I am truly grateful I found this property! So much so that I’ve already booked my return stay for my next trip to Philadelphia! And the rooms are modern, clean and stylish!

Perfect location. Large suite with full kitchen. Fully updated, like new. Value for our stay way outstanding.

Our shower was not hot. Must have been an issue with a hot water heater. Took a Luke warm shower, but at least it was summer.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous! It was no problem to fit a cot in the master bedroom. when I needed extra Nespresso pods, someone came with them right away.

Very confortable 2 bedroom suite.

The property manager needs to check the rooms for wear and tear. One wall had chipping paint, bathroom faucets leaked or came off. For the price these rooms should be pristine.

The location was amazing and the bed was really comfortable.

There is an issue with street noise--18th is a very busy street--but not too terrible. The room was large but the bathroom was tiny.

The staff was great and the location exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
